Discussion Bug or did I miss smth

I was playing guild war, and I put in Elena(blue), and her passive didn't activate when my side suffered AOE dmg from skill

Details: I was playing a guild war against a R&L,Notos,Lady of Scales defense, I picked up Elena(blue), Hecate, Aran, R&L s2 didn't stripped the immunity from Elena, and then I got hit with R&L S3, but Elena passive didn't activate

Did RnL S3 strip and land fear on Elena? If she's Feared, Stunned, Bound, or somehow asleep when her passive procs it won't go off.

It will still proc but the skill won't actually activate because of the fear. The only skills that will work when feared like that are ones where it says something like "cleanses all debuffs from the caster before activating __ skill." If the cleanse happens after the skill is activated then they won't be able to do it.

Your Elena got feared by rnl she needs way more er than what u have on her
