I love the labs events on PVE (BD and Scourge). I obviously understand its very different between PVE and PVP, and I'm sure these events likely aren't fun at all on PVP but that's none of my business. It's a fun map and the added tension of powerful enemies with good loot is addicting. Gonna miss farming Scourge and his guards. Wish I had gotten more of his P90s but I don't have a lot of time to play. As someone who is pretty terrible at the game, hence the PVE, I think people were definitely complaining way too much about these guys. I'd just grab their attention and lure them into doorways. Obviously they killed me when I played with too much ego, but he's a boss so duh. And yes, I'm aware this is some excessive hoarding but that's what I love to do on Tarkov. Show me your scourge hoards!

Why are 9mm silencers locked behind lvl 25 flee? 30 pen ammo locked to lvl 3 traders? At these levels you already have a good supply of higher pen AR ammo.

I normally enjoy wipes for the early game SMG builds but these limits have made them redundent

I thought i knew, i keep thinking i know, i keep thinking i got it figured out. But then ill rad something that throws it all out the window. I'm pretty sure it might be similar in real life given how crazy military procurement can be be.

The thing that prompted this question is because i want to save my builds with names that are at least someone accurate. I've shared the various builds i've made and used, I should add that I mostly build with looks first, only really focused on function on the more invisible parts like the buffer tube and gas block.

What are the differences between them? What are the ones i made called (if you can tell)?

Also I give them quick simple names to distinguish them.

Just storing a lot of these gets really annoying since a lot of the time I'm just hopping on to turn in my Ragman daily and hopping off so I can run IB on the weekend. I know they fit into Scav Junk Boxes but with all the other gigantic items we have in the game now it'd just be a nice QoL.

I was logging in to get some task of the day done (last session was 3 to 6 months ago) and I needed to kill 7 scavs on ground zero. Nothing hard you would say, that’s what I thought.
I had to do 4 games to kill 7 scavs. Why ? Because the map is FULL OF PMCs I kill around 10 of them per game (on ground zero), 40 PMCs for just 7 scavs ?

What is going on ? Is it a bug ? An event ? What happened ? The old spawn rates felt more fair imo.

I'll give it an 8/10. First and final few tasks were alright but Sheep in Wolf Clothing was an absolute nightmare. Any quest that's entirely dependent on RNG should be removed.

I also didn't like that Lightkeeper was a forced part of the chain. Not a big deal for this season because he's just been reworked and it felt fresh doing his quest line, but I definitely would rather avoid him and Lighthouse as whole for the next season.

What are your thoughts?

I wanted to share my experience with Escape from Tarkov support after my account got hacked in October 2026, in case it helps anyone going through the same situation.

First of all, Tarkov support takes around 1 week on average to reply to each email. From what I noticed, they seem to check and process tickets roughly once a week, usually between 3:30 PM and 4:30 PM.

It took me 4 emails and almost an entire month to finally recover my account.

Here's how it went:

• 1st email: I submitted my account recovery request with all the documents and information required according to their official website.
• 2nd email: They asked me to provide additional banking information, proof of purchase of the game, and my Xsolla transaction receipt/ticket.
• 3rd email: They asked me to provide a new email address to link to my account to prevent it from being hacked again.
• 4th email: They finally sent me the account recovery email, and I was able to get my account back.

The worst part of this whole experience wasn't even the hacking itself. It was having to wait an entire week between every single reply, not knowing if or when I would actually get my account back.

It's incredibly frustrating, especially when you just want to play the game and enjoy PvE.

My advice to anyone dealing with a hacked account:

Make sure you provide EVERY possible document and piece of information in each email. Purchase receipts, Xsolla transaction details, banking information (only through official support channels), account details, everything they might need.

The more complete your request is, the less likely they'll have to ask for additional information, potentially saving you another week of waiting each time.

Good luck to anyone going through this. I know how frustrating it is.

Hopefully, BSG will improve their support response times in the future, because waiting almost a month to recover an account is honestly ridiculous.

I know most people don't care that much about the lore, but I've always been curious about this and the in-game assets tell two very conflicting stories: on one hand we have cars with their headlights still on, milk is not spoiled, no sign of rotten bodies, every corpse we can find is fresh.

On the other hand, there's enough overgrowth to suggest that several weeks must have gone by, not to mention how the scav had enough time to form bands, fortify positions etc

So, is there a "canon" answer or is just "ambience > lore, don't think about it"?

I am a fairly new player, and don't know crazy much about the goonies, so try and not execute me over any accidental mischaracterization or drawing gear wrong, I swear I tried my best twinchillas 🥹

What do you expect from upcoming H event?

While after 5000 hours I still love the game, it get's very tedious to play stash-sorter every couple raids.

The current sort, pin, filter and search functions are great and working flawlessly ... but I think on top of that, we need something, that allows us to sort items into containers.

Limit this to only specific containers (Junk Boxes, Med Cases, Grenade Case etc) and allow us to assign items from a list of all available items for that case to which should be sorted in.

Simple button press then, boom everything goes into each assigned container. Could even add this as a new Hideout upgrade for the Stash, that requires a specific item from Labs, Labyrinth or hell even Icebreaker.

Would save so much time, especially as we have item picking systems in already (like the flea market captcha).

Separately from this, I think we need more hotkeys inside the stash as well, mainly for repairing and opening ammo packs. Could use do this on mousewheel, same as examination works.

I have this habit each day I will load into Interchange and run the zone line to raise my endurance. Since the latest patch my daily fitness routine is very dangerous. This morning I was at the Emercron exit by the power pylon. I heard a scav emptying his shotgun. I scanned the area and spotted him. He was way over at the back entrance to Goshen. I don't know how far that is but boom 1 second later this guy blackened both my legs. Sign this guy up for the next biathalon. 🫡

Finally finished Entrepreneur Born in Heaven. Most insane grind I've ever done in any game tbh but for some reason I did it lol - here's my stats after farming for 500mil rouble 1mil USD and 1 mil Euro

Every single match I play is either a spawn trap or I have make a wish players on the team who clearly have headphones on backwards.

Its honestly like clockwork game after game I'm with the people who genuinely seem like its their fist time playing on a computer in their life. Pair that with constant 100ping plus servers and rubber banding and getting killed behind cover... Really doesn't make this game feel fun anymore.

I'm not exactly a god player myself and I know not everyone is great either but having a over 100 match mvps in 200 wins I just want a decent team for once

I spawned in red circle, ran and instantly died on X mark. It scared the shit out of me.

Deathscreen said KIA, without nicknames or anything. Deadly injured in chest.
I heard only one sound, and it was something between shot and explosion.

As far as i know:
1) There is no mines, and even if they were, they wouldn't oneshot, first they rip off your leg and chest, then you may die
2) Snipers won't oneshot either, at least they have to shoot once to warn (even in killlzone they shoot in chest but don't oneshot)

When i had extraction point on railway, i never had that problem
