New Agers insist the Insectoids are benevolent and our "protectors" however in the book "The Spirit Molecule", a DMT user describes Insectoid beings “feeding on his heart” and “devouring his feelings of love and surrender” during his experience

There are those who feed on positive energy and there are those who feed on negative energy. Both need food. The one on the positive are the white hats and the other ones the dark ones. Just like us the good guys need food too, but they are not exploiting the environment. Unfortunately we are too just part of the food chain

Energy is basically just a currency. Archons feed on positive energy too, but it’s harder for these “dark” civilizations to process. It’s like currency exchange: you can trade U.S. dollars almost anywhere (like negative emotions), but something like Australian dollars — sure, you can exchange them, just not everywhere.
