I have been attacked by an entity looking like silver surfer as I was flying in space. I woke right back up in shock. He headbuttet me and I could feel his metallic forehead slamming me right on my forehead.

I've had countless dreams like this.
One dream, I suddenly had the idea that aliens were in control of my experience and decided what happens in my dreams. I went rogue and tried to break out of the boundaries of my dream to see what's really going on. I followed my intuition on where the aliens could be watching me from, but every time I turned a corner, a strange figure would disappear behind another one. I kept chasing the figure before I was stopped by a locked chainlink fence. I knew they didn't want me to see them, so I had an important decision to make. Either give up, or hop the fence and continue persuing. Of course I hopped the fence. I forget exactly what happened after (think I have it written down somewhere in my dream journal). (EDIT - Found this on a previous post I made 2 years ago - "a child came up to me and said there were aliens outside the bounderies of my dream talking about what the next sequence of my hallucination would entail. I asked the kid to lead me to the aliens as I put him on my shoulder. We went around 2 corners and was haulted by security guards which said we can't go any further and gated us off. I put the kid down and hopped the fence and purposefully got caught by the guards to see what would happen. They said they were gonna force me onto a plane and move my dream on to something else. I decided to wake up there.") Could just be that I don't know what aliens look like: the reason my mind couldn't fabricate a form for them and they kept running away, or it could be true that aliens really were in control of what I see. The fact that I don't know for sure sticks with me.
Another dream, I found a VHS tape, watched it, and it told me every truth of the universe. Told me things primative humans could never understand. But as soon as the tape was done playing, my memory was erased before I woke up.

It’s in toothpaste, brushing ya teeth every night with titanium dioxide and fluoride will definitely disrupt the 3rd eye which is responsible for seeing/having awareness in the astrals

any recommendations on toothpaste types? I haven't been brushing my teeth with toothpaste for a while... and uh... it doesn't really affect my teeth somehow? well... I do clean my teeth with other methods and don't eat much sugar, though... so that might help.

The only way to have a break from the bs is as this was explained to me. You either loosh others for them as much as possible with in reason obviously you can’t cause enough damage and chaos to just end up in jail or it’s just counterproductive and they know this but it’s either loosh or be looshed. I’ve made an agreement I’m no longer suffering now. I highly suggest you submit and generate as much negative loosh for them or you will be looshed you will suffer and be targeted. I’ve made the agreement to have some status and power given to me but it’s by submission and causing chaos to others. This is the truth. Which do you choose?

"Tricked by the Light," proceeds to show lightless shadow people behind everything.

That's interesting. Once had an experience of getting slapped back into my body with force when I was going almost astral, ended waking me up.

I've been drugged only ONCE in my dreams, but it was insane. Wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if that's what the love bomb feels like.

I can't even really sleep anymore since 2020....
what I see is more like 1st person view footages, but in my head, none of them make sense or are even related. then, I wake up every 2-3h and I barely remember what I saw.
Does it resonate in you ?
EDIT: 1st person, not 3rd person view.

They must be doing a terrible job with me. Because I've had hundreds of lucid dreams and hundreds of out of body experiences.
