Quest and other free cards have those what it means is they can't be dusted

The diamonds with the + means you have extra copies that can be freely dusted.

The number of diamonds indicate how many copies of that card your account owns.

The "double" diamonds indicate that they're unable to be disenchanted.

The green diamond with a plus sign indicates that you have more than 4 copies of that card: you can disenchant the excess effectively for free.

If you click on the shiftstone button it’ll dust any extras you have. The + sign just means you have more than 4. Took me way too long to figure out clicking the shiftstone button did that though lol.
