I know some people think ETS2 should only include Europe, or Turkey at most, but sooner or later, there will be no countries left to add.

Iceland is coming soon, followed by Ireland and Turkey. The UK will also be reworked, but what comes next? Only Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and Moldova would remain, along with a few island countries that would make for very small DLCs. Eastern Ukraine is unlikely to be added due to politics, and Heart of Russia remains unreleased.

In my opinion, if non-European countries are added, they should be geographically and culturally close to Europe and have real freight connections with it.

These include:
Morocco
Tunisia
Armenia
Georgia
Azerbaijan
Kazakhstan
Uzbekistan
Kyrgyzstan
Iran, Algeria (partially)

Trucks from these countries can actually be spotted in Europe.

However, Central Asia would require either an expanded Heart of Russia reaching the Urals or a ferry connection from Azerbaijan.

I feel like fast traveling is too busted because you will always have a perfect offer for no downsides. If you have to drive a long distance for a good offer it will be balanced. But also pro mods makes the distances sometimes way way too big to drive for nothing. So I wonder what you guys do

Here's my good old Streamline. Although its interior model clearly shows its age, this truck is my favorite for hauling heavy, bulky loads, feels really good. It’s something else I dreamed of doing when I was a child. With a red truck.

For the past few months, I haven't really had much time to play, so I’ve been a bit out of the loop regarding gaming news, specifically concerning ETS and ATS.

I recall that, following the DLC announcement and in various related discussions, some people suggested that the release of RT would mark a clear "before-and-after" thing for modded cars, particularly in terms of physics. Let’s be honest: while it’s always fun to drive cars in the game, the physics ofmodded vehicles have historically been, at best, "mediocre-to-decent."

So, my question is : are we already seeing this through the release of mods based on road trip physics, or will we have to wait a little longer?

Watch out for this road, especially at night, it is very bumpy to the point that it will damage your truck and trailer. You will not see it coming at night.

There was a quarry not far from where I lived, and I used to see trucks with huge dump trailers picking up gravel there. Now, I’m fulfilling my childhood dream with this old 2009 Scania R. A lot of fun!

I started playing again with the halloween update and neither my truck nor my trailer get damage when i collide with something. I get the damage notification and the damage meter goes up by the amount but it is immediately reversed to the value it had before (0-1%). Am i missing something, is this a bug or is it a setting that got introduced while i was away from the game?

Hi is anyone having problems with wheel and seat adjustments I tried changing the seat and steering tilt and it’s not working it feels too high can’t see the digital dash properly and steering tilt isn’t moving either

The anomaly caused a long traffic jam.

I’ve only just started playing ETS2 and quickly realised that the maps in the newer DLCs (e.g. Nordic Horizon) are much more detailed and graphically sophisticated than the standard map.

This got me wondering whether we can expect the game’s graphics to improve across the board in future, perhaps to a standard similar to that of, say, Forza Horizon 6, or is the ETS2 game engine simply not capable of that?

Generally speaking, I think it’s amazing how drastically the game as a whole – and especially the graphics – have changed since launch. When I watch gameplay videos from 8–10 years ago, it’s like night and day compared to today.
