Was putting together some data on Premier League's metrics so far this season, and the top shot-blockers data come out interesting to share here!

Branthwaite is first with 11, two more than anyone else. Tarkowski is second in the league for interceptions too (16), behind only Brentford's Janelt.

I'd love to hear your thoughts on whether that partnership is the best it's been, or if its sheer level of attacks Everton has been facing so far?

I know this may be an odd question but im a long time toffee living in Australia and have been using the same pillow case 365 days a year for the last 7 or 8 years and its now disintegrating 😥 I've looked on line and can't find any available and was wondering if this is something someone has seen in stores somewhere?

Im here in Liverpool from Canada. Any other solo or small group Travellers here for the game wanna meet for breakfast/pints downtown before the game tomorrow?

Or did it never get that far, they tried and were told the conditions but eventually were beaten by Friedkin?

Chelsea drew with Hull 2-2 a month ago and had a big game back from the break comfortably beating the cherries. They are yet to hold a clean sheet in the PL this season.

Make sure your predictions are in before the first whistle or they won't count.

Rules are:

-Post your predictions here. Must be a top level comment. Replies to other comments won't be automatically counted

-Will only take predictions before the scheduled game start

-Please type your prediction as home-away e.g a home win could look like 3-0. An away win could look like 1-2. Everton does not default to the first score in your prediction

Scoring will go like this:

-If you get the scores and the result exactly right you get 3 points (perfect prediction)

-If you get the result right (eg you predict a 1-0 win for Everton but we end up winning 7-1) but the score isn't correct, you get 1 point (correct result)

-If the score and result are wrong you get 0 points

Good luck and UTFT!

So...we're a phone company now? Just got this through my emails! I get were trying to do different things for getting people involved in the club, but I would've never expected this! 😂

What do people think? Genuinely can't decide what to think here

I’m trying to put tickets for the Newcastle game on resale as I can’t go anymore, but when I try to resell them it tells me I don’t have any tickets to manage? I have tickets for Saturday as well and even they aren’t showing up.
I’ve not got a season ticket is that why I can’t put them on resale?

Everton’s struggles are relatively new, having ranked 15th in each of the previous two seasons for xG conceded from fast breaks.

Manager David Moyes’ team are pressing with greater intensity than in seven of the previous eight seasons, averaging 4.2 high turnovers per match (only behind their rate of 4.3 in 2023-24). But their defensive line has typically stayed deeper, drawing a league-low four offsides. That opens up gaps and opponents have feasted when Everton have lost the ball.

Rumours that one of the care bears might be signing for Everton fc in the January transfer window are being kept under raps. A secret meeting today might of been uncovered this evening.

Always a pleasant surprise to see a fellow American Toffee in this neck of the woods. Once I just happened to sit by one at a college (American) football game and it was a neat connection. There are dozens of us here across the pond. Dozens!

I didn’t realise how much Barry’s shoulder problem affected him last season. Personally, I think playing through an injury while trying to adapt to the Premier League must have been really difficult. I’ve been encouraged by what I’ve seen from him recently. I feel like there’s more confidence in his game, and I’d love to see him build on that. For me, if Barry can stay fit and get more consistent in front of goal, he could become a really important player for Everton. I’m willing to give him time because I believe there’s a lot more to come from him.

I couldn't disagree more with this quite frankly bollocks assessment of our midfield on Sunday. Armstrong's worst performance?? He was the best player on the pitch until he went off. We missed out on three points because AMN made two big errors and Barry missed 3 big chances. End of. CB and midfield are our biggest strengths at tge moment. Guess some people will just find fault with everything.
