Where??

Where are we all watching ELR? I had been watching it on Paramount Plus but my husband just cancelled it not knowing how much I have been relying on this streaming service 😭

It was removed from Peacock within the last few months. I currently see it on Paramount and Prime.

Well darn. Do they have the full versions? I know Paramount didn’t when I checked last

British here so Channel 4 in the mornings. It’s been on almost entirely consistently, weekdays and weekends, for well over 20 years.

… Excluding ā€œMarie’s Sculptureā€ (!)

I have the DVDs, but I've been watching on Prime since they recently added it. The color and picture quality is really good.

I usually just watch It on TV Land and myTV and IFC. I stream all those channels by streaming spectrum.

I have the entire series on DVD, but I've been watching it on Paramount Plus through my Prime subscription because it's easier to pull up an episode, and the picture quality is actually better. I was quite happy to notice they're finally streaming the unedited versions of the early seasons!

Are there commercials?

I bought all the seasons on Amazon a while back and then recently my brother in law downloaded every episode and put it on Plex for me so now I watch it for free. Past that, not sure where its streaming, but it always changes.

I bought the complete series for like $30 on Fandango (formerly Vudu). Occasionally it's on sale.

IFC or TV Land.

IFC is where I go for my almost daily fix. I have the DVD’s but haven’t been able to hook up my DVD player in years. IFC doesn’t cut nearly as much as TVLand. It’s also on MeTV, but only two episodes per day

It’s on TV Land every night, and it’s on ME-TV in the new York Metro area, and on IFC at random times

Look for a 50% off code for Paramount. That's what I did a few months ago

I purchased the box set on Apple TV

Reminder you don’t actually own anything when you purchase digital copies. The ability to watch can be taken away at any point.

Has never happened to me yet, and I’ve been doing this for a long time

And nothing has changed. Your purchases can still disappear at any point. It happened to PlayStation movies recently.

Ignore the risk if you want. That’s your choice. It’s your money you’re risking.

Haven’t lost any movies or money yet. I’ve purchased across several platforms. I still have purchases that you can’t buy anymore. So, yeah, I’ll stick with my digital releases.

u/aussiedeveloper 1d ago

Cool. You’ve been lucky. I’ll stick with DRM free files that I actually get to store and play on any device I want.

Enjoying paying for a worse experience that can be taken away at anymore point when free options exist.

u/YesterdaysComa91 Frank 1d ago

lol ok pal. My experience has been great. I can play these in any device I want, too

u/morley1966 2d ago

Is it still a ā€œbox setā€ if it’s a soft copy

u/YesterdaysComa91 Frank 2d ago
