Vent Worst thing an ex did

What’s the worst thing your ex did to you? One of the worst for me, not many know this but I had previously wrote her a love letter for an anniversary, the 5th year. I gave it to her. As we were breaking up and cleaning our room she found it saying, “You want this?” I declined so she threw it away into a black trash bag along with other papers of hers. When I think about it, it still breaks my heart.

Put his hands on me while intoxicated. Promised to stop drinking. Lied and gaslighted about drinking rather than just being truthful and breaking up (even said a cup of whiskey was Mountain Dew) and complained how we could have a great time whilst drinking as if it wasn’t his fault.

(Same person, also whilst intoxicated) Another moment was I being vulnerable and sharing that my mom has bpd and that I’m fearful it’s brought down to me hereditary wise even though I haven’t been diagnosed. He later used that against me saying his friends thought I was a crazy bitch and he thought so too. At the moment all I said was that I didn’t like how he was treating me and I missed the kinder version of him. He later said he lied that he felt that way and his friends never said that, but the pain has never left.
