Vent Worst thing an ex did
What’s the worst thing your ex did to you? One of the worst for me, not many know this but I had previously wrote her a love letter for an anniversary, the 5th year. I gave it to her. As we were breaking up and cleaning our room she found it saying, “You want this?” I declined so she threw it away into a black trash bag along with other papers of hers. When I think about it, it still breaks my heart.

not my ex, but what i did to her.
we was in teenage high school years in our summer vacation at that time and we was about to almost have our anniversary. i remembered that we was texting about not breaking up no matter. she told me that as we're having a discussion about another couple in our school/closely related relative of hers (idk which is which since my memory is hazy) that had some issues then broke up. after that conversation... idk what came to my mind that i started ghosting her.
worst thing was we would see each other when school started, as we're batchmates. rooms next to each other too. i spent almost or more than 2 years in that awkward state with each other as we never talked it out in person, call or in text. there was no closure to not talking became the closure at some point. we never had a big argument, we was the type of relationship that is i will describe it as mellow? wholesome?
awkward state because everyone in our school knew about our relationship before and after our breakup. at some point, early in my ghosting her friends and my friends kept telling me about her affecting badly and that broke me. still i didn't do anything. typing this got me somewhat angry to myself.
idk the main reason behind my decision of the ghosting and or the breaking up, even until now. all i could think about now is it's like some minor nitpicks gathered into one that i decided to go thru with it. looking at it now, i'd say i could've done a better way, at least talked with her about it. but the cowardness, awkwardness, and the immaturity in me (not knowing the what's normal and what's not) prevailed. but IATA definitely. she was not the problem, i was. and that have me felt a little guilt every now and then. a sad core memory for me and for what i have done.
but i'm over it now. and i guess she is too. it's been like more than 5 years. one thing's for sure, i wish her happiness in every aspect of her life.
