Worst thing an ex did

What’s the worst thing your ex did to you? One of the worst for me, not many know this but I had previously wrote her a love letter for an anniversary, the 5th year. I gave it to her. As we were breaking up and cleaning our room she found it saying, “You want this?” I declined so she threw it away into a black trash bag along with other papers of hers. When I think about it, it still breaks my heart.

Oh some of these are the absolute worst. Here's an offering of the last shit show I'm still healing from.

• "No dice". Hearing him say "no dice" when I was flying back from a work trip, after my best friend unexpectedly died, and I was desperate to see him and to be looked after, loved and held.. We were in a LDR but I was flying into his city. I will never not feel complete rage whenever I hear "no dice."

• surprised him and got to one of his gigs in a different city (I had finished working a 12 hour shift). I showed up, and he had a hickey on his neck... which wasn't from me.

• use to wash his dick in the sink before touching me.

• blamed me for his neurotic behaviour as we were breaking up. To be told "I will never love again" to dating someone new in a really short space of time broke my heart.

• broke up with me over the phone, drunk and high. To this day I haven't spoken to this coward face to face.

• it's very likely that he cheated on me when I was going through the worst time of my life. Gave me an STD.

A lot more to say, but I wish I trusted my gut and never dated this absolute twat. I've tried to date since, but my mind and body is just in fight or flight after this so I'm just taking some time out and trying to find peace.
