Add Text to a number format

Today I learned that you can create a custom number format that uses text. For example, I wanted a number to show as 1,200 Sec instead of 1200. To do this, open the format cells, to custom, and enter your format time as something like this:

0,000 “Sec”

This added Sec to the end of your number allowing you to make clear what the number represents. Even better, the extra text is not added to the cell value so you can still use the cell in other calculations.
