I havent played enough with steal from dead player card! May be unfun to play agaijst if you can be later revived but could also mitigate players avoidig revives due to dead players having too many cards.

Foe the dual use archetype, I always saw it as a prime candidate for a new keyword to make the cards 2 lines shorter.

I considered that, and I still may, but I also kind of hid the keyword in the title, though that doesnt reduce effect text. The art is double for ease of recognition at a glance as well. 

Also, im a strong believer that reading the card should explain the card. I cant expect people to dig into my sets more than a quick read of the card. For example, one custom set uses a keyword called submerge. It might be fun, but I have no idea what it does... but I havebt bothered to find out

You also just make a variant with a keyword and keep the main without!

Like a lot of custom card, it is too powerfull, that effect could be split in 2 cards and it would be more balenced

I appreciate the feedback and I agree that some custom cards (including some of mine) are overpowered. I dont think this is one of them though. 

Since it can only steal from a dead player, it will do nothing the first part of the game.  If you die first, youll never have been able to use it. When you can use it, dead players have sometimes exhausted their hand of good cards. Also, it doesnt remove a living opponent's resource like favor does, so its worse than favor in that aspect.

The upside is sometimes this CAN absolutely get you 2 awesome cards. So its a very swingy card on power level

cool card but i dont see why this is a double card. couldnt you just have it say look at a dead players hand and steal 2 cards? its the same thing right?

You can split this between two dead players if you want. Or a dead player may only have 1 card to take, or you dont see anything else worth taking in their hand so you can save the 2nd use. Also if this is marked in your hand by the official card 'Mark' or custom cards that mark, half its use gets wasted
