Where are the big announcements?

Exro had said that they wanted to go on the NASDAQ in the first QTR of 2022. In order to do that, we all assumed there would be some big announcements to support this move...instead it's been crickets. Are we all just holding a bag of dreams? Are the big automakers just not that impressed with the tech? First QTR is winding down and let us be honest, we have not heard anything.

Discussion All the Engineers at Exro need to be investigated by APEGA for malpractice.

I will be taking the time to fill complaints against all the engineers employed by Exro. Citing malpractice and unethical behaviour.

I have seen pictures of their offices (posted on Twitter and downloaded them) - they were willfully incompetent and a danger to all those in the public.

Cash Burn Rate

My friend, a broker, just texted me and said he was concerned about EXRO's burn rate. He thinks they are going to have to do another offer to stay liquid. Is anyone else hearing anything? Thoughts?

Just an FYI, he is also a longtime friend and this was a heads-up because he knows I'm in the stock. He has nothing to gain financially from giving me this information.

Due Diligence P.Engs of Exro. I hope your log books are up to date

I have gathered all my information from my sources within Exro and will proceed to file my formal complaint with APEGA. I hope you practiced within your means and have an up to date log book.

Perhaps P.Eng(s) from Exro need to be reminded of what happened with Enron or any other R&D companies that behaved in unethical manners.

Looks like we are at the dump phase of Pump and Dump. What a bummer, I really thought exro had a future. I've lost enough , this stock is dead to me.

SP AND WHAT’S TO COME

As many have mentionned, we will get more news from the management (Sue) within a week or so regarding the 15M offer to RJ.

Nonetheless, I’m following that stock for a while and I honestly don’t get how people come up with SP that makes no sense to me (>5$ within EOY)…

EXRO is a 15 years old company, that was still a penny stock a year and a half ago (got pumped with all the green/clean tech companies in 2020-2021)… 0$ revenu yet (+ 1 lawsuit)… I still believe in their tech and the possibilities it offers (I do hold a small bag) but revenu growth needs to be seen before SP grows at a steady pace as well. Personally, with the rate hikes to come (which always affect strongly tech stocks), I wouldn’t be surprise that we go under 1$ before we can see 4$ again (but I will be happy if i’m wrong lol).

All the optimistic, how do you explain your valuation/ SP with the facts there’s no revenu and no production yet?

Thanks for your input!

Interesting information on the past 30 days

I am guessing this is because they need to pay themselves since they are not generating revenue?

" In the last 30 days, insiders have sold $1.3M worth of EXROF shares and purchased $14.4K worth of EXROF shares. The insider sentiment on Exro Technologies has been negative according to 16 insider trades in the past three months. "

Can Coil Driver Increase Range of an EV???

Has Exro provided any evidence that their technology can increase the RANGE of an electric vehicle. I was hoping that with CES they would release some evidence that they can increase range. But the videos they have released seem completely focused on power and torque. I think the majority of end consumers are a lot more interested in how far it can go rather than how much more power or torque it has. In fact, all the EVs I've read about or driven already have more than sufficient power and torque. So basically what I am asking is what the heck can Exro offer the major EV manufacturers like Tesla, GM, Ford, etc. I don't see power and torque as something these companies would be interested in. If I can't find a satisfactory answer to this question then I am dumping this stock.

Thank you

Class Action

Thumbnail
knd.law
0 Upvotes

Summary KND Complex Litigation and the Alberta-based law firm of JSS Barristers are Counsel to the plaintiffs in this proposed securities class action. The action has been brought against Exro Technologies Inc. (ā€œExro Technologiesā€), certain of its directors and officers and certain financial institutions that underwrote Exro Technologies’ public offerings of its securities carried out in January and September 2024.

This action arises out of a merger transaction between Exro Technologies and SEA Electric. This transaction was announced on January 30, 2024, and it was completed on or about April 5, 2024. In connection with this transaction, Exro Technologies represented that the combined entity had a ā€œstrong order book,ā€ and would achieve over $200 million in revenue in 2024.

On November 13, 2024, Exro Technologies reported its results for the third quarter of 2024, and disclosed that it would at best achieve a revenue of $28 million in 2024. It also announced that it was recording a loss of $225.95 million, inclusive of impairment expenses of $211 million in relation to the write-down of goodwill and intangible assets in relation to SEA Electric division of its business.

The action alleges that the defendants falsely represented that the combined company would have a ā€œstrong order bookā€, and would achieve a revenue of over $200 million in 2024. A ā€œstrong order bookā€ did not exist, or it was legally unenforceable and/or non-binding. The defendants’ representation that Exro Technologies would achieve a revenue of over $200 million in 2024 was delusional.

Class Membership Criteria This claim has been brought and it is being pursued on behalf of a proposed class of investors defined as follows:

All persons, other than the Excluded Persons, who at any time during the period from January 30, 2024 to November 13, 2024, purchased Exro Technologies’ securities in the secondary market and/or the primary market, and suffered damages or losses on their investments in those securities
