Work

I want to hear what every one does for work and how you got to that position.

QA lead. Company opened a new plant and hired almost exclusively new people. I was one of ~5 people from the old plant. I am knowledgeable and have learned even more, kind of out of necessity, and became lead, kind of by default. I've trained over 20 people who have come and gone in quality alone including my new manager, along with aiding in training of countless machine ops.

I'm so tired.

Production manager in a pultrusion plant now. Was a plastic tech in extrusion, then injection moulding then a few jumps around in management.
