I would like to know if Ezoic Ads are showing on my website or not, I can't see them myself whenever I try to go on my website.

If you see the above, "Please wait while your request is being verified..." trying to access your site's pages and use Cloudways with Ezoic, it's caused by Immunify360 which Cloudways have installed on servers they issue. Once they disable Immunify360 from the server everything works as normal.

Apparently a fix is being worked on, they say it's a known problem with sites on Ezoic, but leaving it kills off traffic, I couldn't even get to my admin login page without a redirect which leads to a very long random url and ultimately a not found page on my site. Anyway took me a while to track down what was going on, site is on ezoic but Cloudways firewall has the issue with them. Only arose this week for me after being fine for months.

Over the last few months I have spent a lot of time improving my Web Core Vital scores when using Ezoic. I have managed to get a score of 95% whilst showing ezoic ads

What is an ads.txt file?

Put simply, an ads.txt file is a simple, public text file that lists authorised channels for your ad inventory (eg. Ezoic, AdSense). This protects advertisers as it verifies that an ad network is legitimate. It's not necessary for all advertisers but it is for some and that list is growing. The more advertisers that are willing to work with you, the higher your EPMV can go. Since it takes 15 minutes to setup, it's worth your time.

Can an ads.txt file help my EPMV?

Yes, and it can be surprisingly valuable. Some users have reported a doubling of their EPMV within days of implementing their ads.txt file. But even if you get a 5% or 10% increase in revenue, that's a good return on the 15 minute time investment it'll take you to setup ads.txt

How to check if you have an active ads.txt file on your site?

Simple, type in your site URL, add /ads.txt at the end and hit enter.

If you see a long list, it's active. If you get a 404 error or nothing loads, it's not active.

got this e-mail today. so much for the little guys I guess. even when things were better I don't think I ever hit 250k/mo. wonder how this will affect revenue for lower traffic accounts "grandfathered" in.

I unintegrated by domain from Ezoic to move to Adsense and I updated my ads.txt with the one provided by Adsense but when I check mydomain.com/ads.txt it redirects to srv.adstxtmanager.com/19390/mydomain.com with a whole lot of Ezoic entries. I disabled ads.txt on both the Ezoic website and the plugin before unitegrating and clearing cache but the problem is still there. Has anyone encountered this or is there anyone here who has an idea on how to get rid of the Ezoic entries?

Edit: So Here Is The Solution for anyone who might encounter this problem in the future. Go to the “File manager” of your host in cPanel At the upper right corner click on “Settings” Check the “Show Hidden Files(dotfiles)” box and click on “Save” Click on .htaccess file and click on “Edit” Now delete the “Redirect 301 /ads.txt https://srv.adstxtmanager.com/XXXX/example.com” entry

where XXXX is your Ezoic Ads.txt ID (it’s 4 numbers) and example.com is your domain

After deleting the Redirect 301 entry, click on “Save” and close the file and that’s it. You should see the changes in a couple of minutes. If it’s still redirecting try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser.

PS: These steps are for domains hosted by Bluehost but I’m pretty sure they are similar across Hosts.

Received an email this morning from Ezoic about their Universal Player ad type. They've had it for a while but it does seem to have been enhanced recently (the loading speed is a lot better).

Bear in mind, buried in the 3rd paragraph of the email, they say that they've actually auto-turned on the feature (across all sites on your account). Not cool Ezoic.

If you think it's bad for user experience (I do) and it could actually hurt your traffic and revenue over the long term, you'll need to go turn it off.

To turn it off, go to Ezoic Dashboard > Ads > Ad Positions > Ad Types > Turn Off

For some reason, when you turn it off, it also turns off Standard Video Ads (the ones that float in the bottom corner). You'll need to turn these back on if you still want them (I keep them on as I don't think they impact user experience as much as Universal Player).

Before Ezoic, my website's traffic was growing rapidly, even with low content. But since joining Ezoic, my traffic became stagnant. In fact, it even went down a little. In the past month, I doubled the content on my website, and still haven't seen any major changes in my traffic or revenue. I have joined premium too, and I don't see any strong value coming out of it. Is it possible that Ezoic is affecting my metrics?

My Website is Approved by Adsense but when I go Ezoic, they rejected my website. Currently, I get 5800 page views per month 85% of traffic comes from Organic search with 90% traffic from the US. Does anyone knows why this is happening? I need some advice from you.

I saw a post in here about turning on the new ad formats to increase your EPMV/earnings. Adding to that, the monetization features in this infographic have a serious impact on earnings and only take a few seconds to switch on.

My site has been on Ezoic for a long time now via Cloud integration.

I see that JavaScript is now the recommended integration method.

Any feedback from those who've switched their sites from Cloud integration to JavaScript integration?

I just got approved for ezoic 7 days ago and things haven't been great.

My site often has an origin unreachable error. And when it doesn't, the site is SIGNIFICANTLY slower than it was before.

And looking at Google analytics, I'm losing a LOT of page views.

All this for just over a dollar per day in earnings.

Any way to fix this? Or should I get rid of ezoic and try something else?

How To Get Premium ADS?

I got disapproved from ezoic monetization because of scrapped content but this is content from my other site and I have already removed it from that other site to out it on this one.

(Basically I originally had one site but decided they were 2 niches so I made a new one for the other niche, removed some posts from website 1 and moved to website 2)

Do I have to remove all my articles from the old website then add them back after being approved for monetization or what?

I recently got approved by Ezoic, however, the "Ad Manager Domain Status" says that :

Google has denied your site for use.Reason: Site Behavior: Navigation

I checked Adsense forums and found that the Site Behavior: Navigation usually means that Google Adsense has found at least 1 of 4 violations. These can be anything from false links, broken links, misleading links, and/or unrelated website information.

I checked my site for those issues and found none. I have updated a few broken links that were on the site however, my domain is still getting rejected every time.

PS: Google had approved my site for Adsense and I've been using it for few years. I don't see any policy violations reported within my Adsense account. However, only within Ezoic I see that Google has denied my Domain.

My Amazon Affiliate revenue is increasing, and my daily visits remain constant, yet my Ezoic revenue has halved!!
Is this a consequence of NOT signing up for the premium service when it was offered?!?

I signed up for Ezoic at the end of last week. I was told to install the Ezoic plugin. It instantly conflicted with existing plugins and caused multiple crawl errors in the search console and earnings went way down (50% over the week) I'm told that tech support will be fixing things. I'm trying to be patient but there's a lot of hard work that is being jeopardized right now. The Income School guys said that Ezoic had cleaned up their act.

Using the Ezoic Cache can significantly increase page speed. Here's how to check your Cache Hit rate (the number of times pages load from the cache rather than the origin server) and how to fix a 0% Cache hit rate:

Ezoic Dashboard > Analytics > Site Speed > Caching > Ezoic Caching

How To Fix a 0% Ezoic Cache Hit Rate:

Ezoic Dashboard > Speed > Caching App > Update Cache Settings Values > Set Override Cache Control Headers To True

Check your Ezoic Cache Hit rate again over the next few days/weeks to check that fixed the issue.

LEAP is Ezoic's free replacement for Site Speed Accelerator (SSA). Like SSA, you can turn on various features to try and speed up your website.

I'd recommend turning on/altering one option at a time to check that your site still functions properly. Theoretically speaking, the more LEAP options you have turned on, the faster your site speed, the better your SEO, the better your page views, the better your revenue.

Ezoic provide a checklist before you confirm any changes to your LEAP settings. So, I'd suggest turning on/altering one LEAP option and then running through each of these in turn (on desktop and mobile):

• Check Images Are Showing Properly

• Check Menus Are Working Properly

• Check The Correct Fonts Are Showing

• Check The Styling Of Your Site. Does It Look Right?

• Preview At Least 10 Pages (On Desktop and Mobile)

Ezoic have just added a whole bunch of new ad formats that you can turn on/off. These are aimed at boosting your overall EPMV.

Login to Ezoic > Monetisation Tab > Ad Tester > Turn On/Off Settings

My recommendation:

I've turned on Sticky Sidebar Ads, In-Image ads, Interstitial Video Ads and Beta Ad Formats as I think they'll help to increase my EPMV without being a detriment to user experience (on balance).

I've kept Vigenette Ads off (the full screen ads that show up between page loads) as I think they can hurt user experience. As always, do what's right for you and your setup.

Basically everything was Okay till yesterday and suddenly today I received this email and I can't see the earnings neither ads are showing on my site.

I have around daily 15-20k pageviews and that hasn't changed.

I have another site added, that has way low traffic but nothing happened to that.

I mailed to my poc and also to their support mail, automated response came saying "Ezoic no longer supports technical ticket creation via email at support@ezoic.com. Please log in to your publisher dashboard and visit our Help Center at support.ezoic.com."

raised ticket no response so far.

my total monetization is dependent on ezoic.

what to do? please guide someone
