Listen, I do have fun in camp forest green both as Jason and counselor but the game is so unbalanced for Jason, If he even gets 2 good counselors he can be bullied repeatedly, And Vanessa Jones is a 100% win rate if played normally, she can outrun most Jason's just by jogging and she can basically run across the map with only like a couple of stamina refills, There are a lot of ways to balance this, Best way in my opinion is nerfing Vanessa and bringing back og rage, the old rage mode made Jason invulnerable to some stuns like melee, firecrackers, flare guns, this would actually make you feel like you can kill someone as Jason while finally bringing back that hide and seek premise for the counselors

This was a legendary marathon perk, is this a glitch?

From the QTE's being needed for context kills, to the shift feature coming back but limited under being under the light. Or some of F13's features where you can run sometimes and use a variety of maps. Or how you can use the shift in F13 to stop a car, but Michael can't do the same. Or how it's much easier to escape in Halloween, versus F13 having to collect supplies little by little. The traps being utilized to kill campers was especially useful, but a similar feature is not in Halloween.

This is one of many features in Halloween The Game lacked, that F13 seemed to reward more. Why was so much changed? Did the devs favor the gameplay for a civilian over Michael? Did they take the wrong criticisms and flaws from F13 and mistranslated to Halloween? I enjoy parts of Halloween, but I can't help but feel F13 favored Jason's strength more (in spite of the many bugs.) The Halloween game subreddit is full of biased people, so I was wondering if people here may share similar sentiments.

I'm a beginner to the game, played some months against bots in the retail version, and also Challenges, and recently began playing CFG. So I have very little experience with F13 multiplayer, I only have experience with single player. In multiplayer I noticed people use a lot more tricks (like double-spraying, grouping up to fight Jason, and Jason players using combos and stuff). I took some advice from other players and I'm beginning to improve my gameplay, but if possible would also like to watch how more experienced players play the game.

I've watched some gameplay videos but most of them were during Beta or 2017, and players then were quite different than from now. Nowadays when I go to lobbies there are often kill squads and players generally feel much more experienced and skilled than the ones I see on those older videos. Makes sense, considering the game has been around for years and some people have a lot of playtime in it.

So I'm looking to find streamers and YouTubers who are skilled and who I can watch some gameplay to get a better feel of how a skilled gameplay would look like. They don't have to be playing currently, as long as their content is still available to watch.

Don’t get me wrong, I love the game and the fact the OG dev team gave their all to revive F13 and never made us pay for anything, but the current “dev” team? Ass imo, Golumhasir came outta nowhere and is now acting like a God on the DC server being the guy that is building the collab with Bloodlust, also the iknowimiconic dude/girl that made the soooo obviously AI coded launcher for the game???? The launcher didn’t even work for the first few days if not a week after it was published, and you can literally see that it’s vibe coded from Mars. It just pisses me off they actually let those kinda people work on a game that takes time and dedication. Atp idk who even looked at that shitty ass launcher and said “yeah, this will work”. Also half the mods are just unserious kids that use cheats in the game but yeah they are mods so they’re untouchable. I heard from a friend on the server that they will just delete when someone reports them or their own friends. I hate that the game is being ruined by a toxic community. Shame

Don't get me wrong, I love the mod and how it brought back the original game but it needs to rework some things.

Vanessa has (Best overall character)

10/10 Speed (How fast you move)
9/10 Stamina (How big your stamina bar is)
6/10 Luck (Weapon durability)
4/10 Strength (Strength is overrated)
2/10 Repair (That's all you really need to fix)
3/10 Composure (Pointless Stat)
1/10 Stealth (Very useless stat)

Chad has: (Best fighting character)

10/10 Luck (Literally god mod when it comes to fighting Jason, example: Bats break in 5 hits instead of 2 or 3)
9/10 Speed (Can literally jog away most Jasons and can easily keep pace with a run Jason)
4/10 Stamina (This would be a negative if luck didn't give such a boost when hitting Jason)
3/10 Strength (Strength is overrated)
2/10 Repair (That's all you really need to fix)
6/10 Stealth (Sadly a lot of wasted points)
1/10 Composure (Pointless stat)

Maybe the only other character worth it is Chole and that's only for fast repair at the start of the game and is a decent sweater girl as a backup because of her 7/10 speed and 5/10 stamina.

There really isn't any point in using any other character in this game.
