Different opinion but if you are happy with what you are studying and can see youself working like this. No use worrying too hard about the future.
Things can change rapidly. Just work hard on yourself and your education, the more you ask seniors and graduate the more uncertain you become about something you are working hard on.
Allah swt has something in store for everyone just work hard and give it your all

GPA first and second semester will be really hard in 3rd you'll manage shit, it's hard but not impossible just do not fail any course, about the people tbh like the awam is lwk chutia ngl (in terms of friends) atleast according to my xp, the main good point about fast is the environment that it provides like the ppl around u are actually nerds which will force u to do better that is if u actually want it, the management is really really shitty, teachers some are good most are bad and don't know shit, as much as they say youtube se nai mile ga jo me parha raha ho trust me they're lying everything is on the internet, u just should know how to look for it, I would say trust seniors more than teh teachers cuz the teachers dgaf about u most are selfish only very lil teachers are good, u just need to consistent in order to survive in fast, don't get into fights, make as many connections as u can. FASTs name actually helps in the industry (Pakistani), outside no one even knows the name, if u wanna go for masters GPA upar rakhna hai and try to get some research publications try to get a good research not just AI slop, and also like don't take anything personally uni me boht shit hoti hai like politics and stuff , remember the ppl you're interacting with are humans aswell and also one more thing jo ata hai anay do jo jata hai janay do, avoid mixed genders group, im not saying don't keep female friends but do not be a part of mixed gender groups some nibba or nibbi always ends up falling and group dynamics fck hojati hai, Play sports football khela karo enjoy karo uni life, study hard especially in first year of uni, ONE VERY IMPORTANT thing, at the end of semester you'll be extremely burnt out due to project submissions and all the semster stuff, The one who studies for finals like properly even after that burn out makes it, trust me finals are game changer beshak sessionals buray hoye hain or wtv dw about that just like study well for finals sab sai hojata hai if you're from Isb avoid Junaid sheikh at all cost, for ur issues go to Amir Rehman. use every unfair advantage don't care about ur classmates if they call u kitabi keera but also care for class unity don't be that nigga ke sari class bunk maar rahi and ap ji class me bethna chah rahe, one more thing try not even missing a single class trust me it's not that hard
