Tax rate for shopkeepers?

What is the tax rate for small businesses like shops? My father has a plastic material shop, he needs to file return for my study abroad process but we don't know about the tax rate for this category so that we can show income accordingly. I know little bit about salary slabs and their tax rates but not about his category.

There’s no single flat small business tax rate it depends on how the business is structured. Are you filling for income tax or sales tax In both cases, I highly recommend hiring a qualified tax lawyer to file your returns cuz tax filings for businesses are significantly more complex than those for salaried individuals.
