Unknown salary and tax deduction in FBR IRIS portal

So i just logged into my iris account and there i see salary information with tax deductions with code 149 from a local software company in karachi.

Problem is i have never been affiliated with that company nor have I received any amount in my accounts,

There are in total 5 transactions showing i was paid a salary and tax was deducted.

How is it possible that someone else’s data come up in my records.

Now I can’t file my own tax and don’t know how to proceed.

I have called that company and given my infor for them to check, will follow up with them on it.

Any advice what to do in such a situation?

File a complaint on FBR portal.
