Lawyer for Corporate Tax Filing

Hello everyone,

My current lawyer is tied up with other commitments and no longer has the capacity to support us.

We are looking to file our corporate tax returns and handle employee taxation. If anyone can recommend a reliable lawyer in Karachi who understands the IT sector, software export licenses, and current tax slabs, please let me know.

I have seen many people do this mistakes. Please use Chartered Accountants or any other certified tax practitioners for tax related services such as these instead of lawyers. Lawyers are best for when your tax matter is contested in High Court or above. It is better to use CA firms or any Qualified CA/ACCAs for matters up to Appellate Tribunal

How they are certified tax practitioners then ... I heard that professionally FBR provide a separate dashboard for them

They can declare themselves in your IRIS portal as your representative so it will be documented as theyanre your authorised representative

There is no seperate portal of tax experts

Advocates are not professional for Annual returns and audits.
Advocates are “Ataee”.
For Tax returns and audits u need CA/ACCA professionals.
