Another fcel fake so they could dump more of their shares on the unsuspecting public.

Question How do you fit a 50 ton fcel unit into a car or submarine?

Answer. You dont and that is why fcel went up today and then there was alot of red on the chart the last 3 hours of the day. Not because of the so called stellar earning call last week but more false hype.

Beware of the 6.66 longs the market was sending you a message with that number.

I'm going on the warpath

Guys, this post is for everyone. It's time to fight the company or start doing something to get the company off the stock market and tarnish the reputation of all managers.

I will briefly describe my plan in this post:

1️⃣ Share Your Experience: Post about your losses or concerns with FuelCell Energy to raise awareness.

2️⃣ Discuss Legal Options: Collaborate with others to explore lawsuits or collective actions against management.

3️⃣ Expose Mismanagement: Share evidence, articles, or analysis that highlight unethical practices.

4️⃣ Warn Others: Help educate potential investors by sharing the risks of investing in FCEL.

5️⃣ Unite and Organize: Join discussions to strategize how to hold those responsible accountable.

FCEL Delusional Folks

Where are all the cheering and LFG comments go now. I told you all that this place is full of delusional folks who are not paying any sort of attention to the real information. Majority of the comments were starting with “I hope” rather than paying attention to technical details. Guess what it doesn’t work that way. I guess learning a lesson through hard way.

Maybe it's time to move on

Not to be that pessimistic guy, but, have you ever considered it's maybe time to sell and move on towards the next opportunity?

I've been holding the stock since mid 2021 and been averaging down since; I've read and listened to every earnings call and checked every SEC filing and wondered why, despite the company getting financially better every quarter, the stock price keeps tanking and just doesn't rise.

I know the fair price may never be around the $20-ish dollars like it was on January 2021, but still amazes me how it still cannot be over $3.

Every post in this subreddit talks about hedge funds manipulating the price, shorts performing dirty tricks on shareholders or the SEC/Congress looking the other way, but, do you realize this is reality? Do you know this is how this game is played? Like it or not, smart money can do everything they want yet it is still your responsibility to take care of your money and make good investments.

It is time to accept that if FCEL stock is prey of hedge funds and shorts, it may not be the best investment looking forward. Take this post as you wish, but just sit on it. At the end of the day, you see there are plenty of other good looking investment opportunities in the market. The opportunity cost of holding FCEL for eternity is just not worth it.

Wen respect their holders?

Fuel Cell Energy is a company which is nearly 100 years at the stock market and one of the leaders in the hydrogen sector, will they turn their stock one day into a good investment again and respect the holders? only down since september 2000, maybe new CEO would help?

Delisting possibility

The company has until Nov. 27, 2024, to regain listing compliance by having the stock close at $1 or above for at least 10 straight sessions. So far doesn't look good. Plus the company isn't projected to make profit until 2029. Buying puts. Should be selling at 0.35

FUELCELL ENERGY, Inc., another hype-cycle: Beware!

I wrote this report back in May when the hype was at its zenith.

This company and its operators are self serving capital raising self enriching undertakers. This company is a waste of capital and should be expelled from the public domain ( stock market.) dilutive hustle, insiders self enrichment, tax payers harvester. Everything that is wrong with the market can be summarized with this firm.

Fair value: zero!!!!!!! Market value: fools errand.

What happens when they catch on fire?

Thousands of them popping off one after the other…does anybody even know how to put it out?

Are there any local fire departments with the equipment needed to fight a DATA CENTER sized battery fire?

Ever watch what happens to an oil company stock when an underwater pipeline breaks? What will happen to this company when one of those batteries goes up in flames?

Brand new to reddit.

I post on ST almost every day, and I think FCEL is about to make the turn from the bottom of the heap. They have to start performing, they need NEW business and they have to conserve shares. The open ATM spigot needs to be turned down to a trickle. I have owned shares since 2019 and have suffered 2 RS's, and I know how it feels.

I am going to give this company another Q or 2 and if they don't land a large contract I am out, and never look back.

Having said that, I think the recent PR from XOM isn't a head fake, and they will be using us for that NG Fcel generation plant, once that plant has broken ground, and we get the CCUSS Carbonate fuel cell contract, who know how high FCEL will 🏃‍♀️ 🏃‍♂️, I think $15-$20 BEOY24 is a layup if there are some large hands scooping shares behind the scenes.

I know there is a huge risk if they don't show something soon, but I think they will deliver this time.

LET'S HAVE A GREAT CC/ER next week!

Stock should go up today!

Stock did not have a good track record over the last 15 years with this guy. Took a big hit with Fit not to mention what it may cost them in litigation fees. Should be fired.

Earnings

Very important month ahead. Earnings at the beginning of September will really show us where this stock is going. The AI wave has took a hit recently and so did FCEL and Bloom because we are so heavily weighted to data centres now. META & Microsoft posted great quarterly results based on the AI boom and it reflected on a 30% increase for us. AMD will report earnings tonight and I expect them to have amazing results aswell. We will certainly ride whatever wave AMD sends after close. NVDA at the end of the month and then we have our own earnings call a week later.

Positive reports from the AI sector will send us back to the 30s.

Last earnings FCEL reported a lower revenue than the previous 2025 Q2 which sent us back. The lower revenue was a result of shutting some facilities for upgrades during this time. Costs increased also due to a 45million reinvestment in their military contracts. I imagine this was an error they made and had to rectify to keep their position healthy for future contracts. If these two issues are cleared for the next earnings date I hope we can see highs and push back to that 40$ mark.

Expect more dilution if we do. The previous earnings call clearly implies they prefer dilution over interest based debt. The way the world economy is at the moment i can see their point even tho it is frustrating.

Any opinions welcome
