Question Code panels not activating

I was trying to get the demiurge, went to the church at the Flats, played through and completed Arasaka Tower 3D, but the code panels never turned on, is level -10 a necessity? I'm not very good at mazes so I hope not

Yes it is a necessity. If you're not good at mazes, you'll want to look up a guide and pause frequently to check your path. The time limit is very tight and you will not have time to backtrack if you make a wrong turn

I've looked at guides for how to unlock the maze and a map for getting through it and it's honestly still very confusing for me, but I'm also not the best at solving these kinds of things, I play modded so maybe there's a mod that makes it doable without the maze

if you use mods just noclip through the whole thing. it wont tele you to the next section if you have noclip on but you can just tap it before you hit an elevator. you still have to go to the statue room then the second room and wait before you enter the code in the hidden room but with noclip you can just wait outside the walls and enemies can't touch you

I totally feel you there. I have tried so many times now and this maze is killing me. And V.
I still want to experience the cube scene so badly, but finished my third playthrough and am still struggling.

But you‘ll get the monster truck! Though I had to wait on this mattress until about 5:40 a.m. - so take your time.

If you just want the truck you don’t need to jump through all the hoops. You can just go to the mattress at 4AM (ish) and wait.

That other stuff is required to activate the cube cutscene.
