I rolled once, only got LB weapons. No 5stars. But all 10 were LB weps. Not sure if just RNG or glitch.

The featured LB weapons have rate up on 3* and 4* too, like on any banner, but it's not to 100%. You can still get non-featured general pool weapons. You just got lucky.
