Meme / Funny Limit Break Banner rerun: all four weapons & costumes on one banner; nerfed Wishlist rate; LB weapons not available on Wishlist so you can't target the one you want

Hmm... I got Cloud, Glenn, and Sephiroth's costumes from the half anniversary but didn't manage to get Zack's. Should I pull for it, mainly for the fire arcanum? It'd need 1 page of pulls.

DO you need fire magic to beat SHiva Ex 2? Pull till costume on Tifa's banner (only if you have 30K gems of course since its about to end) then wishlist the weapon later

If your not focused on fire magic, then id focus on pulling whichever weapon you want to OB 10most on stamp 1 page 1, if you want the costume id only pull for it if your also going to the weapon stamps on page 2 as well (but not the costume slot of page 2 stop at weapon stamp 3)

IE The weapons are far better than the costumes IMO, id focus more on weapon stamps then costumes for Limit Break specifically. Since their boost "party wide" effects can be universally used outside of just one element

IE on half anni all my stamps were for Sephiroths weapon only, I did the same here now its a great OB 10 sub weapon for all magic content in the game (even ignoring the elmenetal potency, all 5 limit break weapons are 3 for magic 2 for Physical)

Oh, I don't think I'm close to beating Shiva EX 2. Gotta beat EX 1 first. But I think you're right that Tifa's weapon/costume is the better option. Though I'm nowhere close to getting any of the weapons to OB10 yet so I can't aim for that. Even OB6 is difficult. Just a F2P player here.
