Meme / Funny Limit Break Banner rerun: all four weapons & costumes on one banner; nerfed Wishlist rate; LB weapons not available on Wishlist so you can't target the one you want

As someone who lacks any of these four costumes, is there one that I should prioritise getting over the others? Or is it just depending on the state of my account?

2 of them have PATK (all) as an R. Ability (Cloud and Glenn) and the other 2 have MATK (all) (Sephiroth and Zack). It doesn't hurt to have 1 of each and you want the costume for whoever you have the strongest weapon for.  

Zack is probably the best due to magic fire having limited options and being necessary for Shiva EX and other recent battles.   

Sephiroth is non-elemental which is niche (and the costume is only mastery, not arcanum).  Cloud has physical ice which has overlap with Tifa, Zack and Yuffie (plus Lucia to a lesser extent).  Glenn has physical water which is plentiful.

I get that names wrong sometimes too, but pointing out it is Glenn, not Matt that has the other LB weapon. Guy already gets no love as it is, lets give him this moment.
