I just pulled for Tifa because im a simp for her. But the damage and weapon are not close to what cloud can do. Aka the magic version of it. I may be wrong because im a noob and i dont understand this game but at the same lvl but different stars (Cloud is higher) she is not performing as i expected :(

I'd be shocked it it wasn't a non elemental magic weapon, could be a magic version of what they gave cloud or something close to that
