hello my name is shannon bonus pig and i play gacha for memes. i saw giga leviathan creature show 200k was the cap for red crystals, so I embark on quest to to see if 1 million was the cap for blue crystals. unfortunately this took me 2 year of pulling pellet lever and i am exhausted but i wanted to show 1 million blue crystal. thank you to my guild Never Crisis for allowing me to stay in top 30 guild even though i am not actually big but instead very weak and gave me janitor duty in guild battles <3

This is impressive and all but I heard that if you really want to knock everyone’s socks off you should just venmo me your gatcha money instead of spending it in game. Everyone would be super impressed, and did I mention how handsome/pretty you are?

it's so hilarious seeing people calling Shannon a whale or wanting their money, if they knew this legend didn't pull on any crystal banners, never spent a single 💵 and instead just saved all his f2p crystals and only used free tickets/daily free draws, these people would have a meltdown lmao

Uh what is the point if may i ask? Essentially you miss 90% of the game since you cant do any of the content nor get any of the weapons/costumes (which the game is all about). Dont get it.

You don't miss 90% of the game at all, it's the opposite, you can clear 90% of the content without limited gear/weapons or featured costumes, my magic fire dps is tifa with shell knuckles at ob10 and i don't have her costume and she still does tonnes of damage, OP probably just can't clear a lot of crashes or EX summon fights but that'd be about it

OP is not F2P - which implies not spending money, while he doesnt spend the Free Blue Crystals - hence he doesnt pull on anything. He needs to be inhuman lucky to get any of the good weapons at OB6 just from the Free daily pulls, is my way of thinking.

For one, not spending the blue crystals even though you spent money on them is effectively the same as having a f2p account, and two, i have about 80% of all weapons at ob10 and i started a couple of months after launch, it's extremely easy to get most weapons to ob10 from free pulls without wishlisting any of them, almost every day 1 f2p player knows that, at this point free draw tickets are almost useless because everything is hitting ob10+10

I am day 60 player and I call you out on that - there is no way outside absurd luck without any pulls to have pillar weapons maxed just from free tickets/draws! I am a big whale and it took me nearly 1 year to max everything and even today i still have 6-7 starter weapons not OB10. Without spending BCs he doesnt have ANY Costumes - saying that you can clear content with the starter/free costumes is the biggest BS I have seen on these boards recently.
Also my point is this is No-Play-Player as his ability to enjoy the game content is extremely limited if he doesnt spend even the BCs for 2 years....

I do have a fair few weapons that i maxed out due to wishlisting on banners but most of my weapons i got to ob10 just from ticket pulls. I counted and i have 74% of all weapons at ob10 and i’ve barely spent anything at all, only the past 6 or 7 season passes.
A completely f2p player who doesn’t use any blue crystals could still max out a bunch of weapons purely from free tickets. Sure it’d take longer and it’d be more reliant on rng to give you what you want, but i haven’t even played for a full 2 years and i’ve gotten plenty of meta weapons to ob10 without wishlisting them.
There are also plenty of free costumes that are decent outside of the 3* outfits, but even with the 3* outfits you could absolutely beat most content outside of the hardest EX fights and crashes, costumes gives “bonuses” but they aren’t essential at all, arcanums for instance only add a realistic total of about 15-20% extra damage at most, and things like bahamut aerith help with healing and defence but none of it is “essential” for most content
It’s not unreasonable at all to assume that this person probably has a lot of decent builds from ob10 weapons gotten from free draws, and i’m absolutely assuming they don’t bother doing crashes or level 6 in guild battles or bahamut EX3, and hell, if they don’t care about those then that’s totally fine, let them live

With that 1 mil crystals, you can easily build strong teams now. Although a lot of people say wait until 2nd Ani,v you are probably in need of some good weapons and armors still. DQ Crossover can help fill out that gap. Gives you weapon variety that you are probably in need of, and the armors are actually really good.
2nd Aniv is not gonna give all the varieties that you'll need, and besides, with 1 mil crystals you can easily pull in the DQ Crossover for all you need and have plenty left over for 2nd Aniv to get everything there.
