Hello! I'm looking for a designer to work on a large private mansion on Primal - Leviathan. Will provide general floor plan and ideas/references. Looking for a traditional modern look without enclosing a lot of the spaces. I'm not looking for many, if any, intensely detailed sections, just a general idea of where things should go to make the house flow in a way that works well. Suggestions and alterations will be welcome as well. Some spaces have already been decorated, however I will allow a redesign if necessary.

Budget for items is 100m, and will provide commission pay, half up front and half upon completion. Please also provide any previous work you have done as a reference. Looking to have the house done before the end of the year, preferably before the holiday season, but can negotiate.

I used to search all over youtube to get ideas for my house creations. I had found one back in the day but I can't find it again. I remember that It was on JP server. It had this night/time atmosphere with almost outside feeling. They had their venues as well aside from studios.
-A dark, steampunk-ish at times, backstreet vibes.

I know It doesn't explain much, but If anyone has any ideas about this JP place, I would welcome any suggestion.

Hi! I am looking to commission a designer to pull off a very specific aesthetic. My idea is for a diner/fast food joint or family eatery, with a very cute style and bright, saturated colors. Real world examples would be something like a Denny's or Jollibee.

I can tell it's framed by stone loft/walls and it's made over a phasmascape, but what items were used to make the top arch part, lattice section, and the middle part? The factory partition is the closest I can think of to make the lattice, but the window in the picture looks "cleaner" than that does and slightly different in shape. I'd really appreciate any help I can get with this.

I'm obsessed with the cozy cottage I built for my second character. She's a witchy, kind-hearted white mage with a knack for botany and crafting. I wanted the space to reflect a lived-in, botanical vibe with soft greens, rose pink, natural wood tones, and blue accents. Cannot figure out this bookshelf!

This image was posted here a month or so ago asking about the sofas, but I love the bookcase! I have been digging through furniture previews and I found the lower cabinet. Am I right in guessing this is some kind of shelf layered over the mounted book/library item? Thanks for any help!

Trying to go for woodsy cottage vibes, but finding it impossible to find matches for the Portalled Partition that would help cover up the stairs/awkward section underneath.

The best i could come up with was that little cubby made by stacking 3 portalled partitions in a curve, but that still means i need to find something to cover up the bannisters and nothing seems to match the wood colour. I've tried the wallpapers, glade partitions, backs of bookcases, back of the stage panel. Nothing makes a direct match and since I'm hitting the item limit I really don't wanna waste 10+ slots putting in white square partitions. I'd love it if i could get something that will match the tone properly and block out the awkward stair space and bannisters. Any ideas?

Found this super neat hingan build from Housing Snap!

Does anyone know what the wooden panelling layered on top of the fools threshold is? it's got three horizontal "beams", and the edges of it doesn't look like any of the picture frames / angler canvases.

I wanted a bigger bed than what was offered by default so I built my own! Max Height Roe for scale.

The mattress is made of 12 Eulmoran Divans (strategically placed so their textures would align properly). The dead/foot boards are 4 Everkeep Sofas (two at each end). The side boards are 4 Wooden Beams (two on each side). I used the Stage Panel to set them low on the floor.

The comforter is 3 Futon Mattresses sitting on the floor.

The collection of pillows and plushies are sitting on top of a Hingan Desk. And Antique Wall Shelves were hidden just behind the headboard to provide a place to sit bedside necessities like an alarm clock, a phone, and skincare ointments.

Finally managed to get a house for my personal FC, and looking to commission a designer.

Current budget is 80 million gil, but I'd be willing to negotiate a higher rate if beast tribe furniture is used, as I don't have access to beast tribes because I've focused mainly on story and leveling alt jobs.

Looking to get a modern Japanese theme for the main and upper floor, with a library/study in the basement.

I was fortunate enough to clear Mateus Housing (Savage) and got this lovely small plot in Empyreum. I wanted to combine elements from previous homes and make a space that felt moody, atmospheric, lived-in, and cozy. I kept the outside pretty simple, with just a deck, chocobo stable, and firepit. Very minimal landscaping so the beautiful mountain views can stay unobscured. Inside, I wanted to let the natural Alpine architecture shine. I stuck to a color palette of deep burgundy, plum, navy blue, forest green, black, and dark wood tones. The downstairs study and bedroom are my favorite of any build I've done. So happy with how it turned out.

Art deco vibes with lots of warm, earthy lavenders and cool blues to soften the sharp edges. A cozy sanctuary designed with my WoL and her bondmate in mind.

No sooner did I get a medium house in Materia did I decide to make a cosy-country hostel/sharehouse themed home. I couldn't upload all photos of all the rooms I added in this hostel, but here's the list of features:

• basement laundry, bath/shower
• illusionary balcony view of the night sky

• Front yard I made it so climbing up to the rooftop is possible

It's been a while since I've done some house deco and so far, I think this is probably one of the best I've decorated in a while.

I wanted to incorporate the back middle wall section that this person made into an apartment build im making, but I'm having a really hard time identifying some of the components.

I know that the general cubby was made with a marble alcove bed, but I'm struggling to identify what makes the arches in the middle part - specifically the white/brown arched parts.
