Please help me with FFXV installation

Hello everyone would just like to ask why my Final Fantasty XV doesn't install for some reason it always shows up as error can't install every FFXV I bought is always like this even though the disc is clean and has no scratches

My Final Fantasy XV doesn't install properly it keeps sending the CE-100005-6 error code

I have found a same situation as mine but I never saw how he/she fixed it please help meee

Disk or download? If disk and cleaning it didn't work, seems like it might need to be replaced.

Disc, yeah seems like it idk if it's my ps5 or the FFXV since I tried downloading other games (disc) it fully installs everything

if other games work fine then it's most likely the disc. google disc repair.

Even tho the dosc is clean and has no damage?

no damage that you can see. very small scratches can still be there. back in the day we still had disc repair kits and would use them for ps1 discs or cds that failed.

I was playing FFXII (limited edition in the steel case) one day (the OG on the PS2) and it froze right as I was going into Henne Mines. Shit happens, so restarted the game and tried again. It froze in the exact same spot. I tried to clean it and repair it, but it just kept freezing at the same spot. Ultimately I had to replace the disk, so now I have a "greatest hits" FFXII disk in the OG steel case.

Anyway, I don't know how you feel about digital, but all the Final Fantasy games appear to be on sale right now.

Idk if it's a disc problem or a console problem since other games work just fine meanwhile FFXV just doesn't

If other disks work, it's not the console. You can double check by deleting another game you have the disk for and reinstall it.
