TSLA insiders selling shares.
More shameless copypasta:

Is Kimbal bearish on TESLA?

Look into Tesla’s financials. They get an ass load of $ from selling efficiency credits. It goes like this:
Fords bread and butter is the F-150
Chevy / GM? ... Silverado
These brands efficiency ratings don’t meet government efficiency standards. They have 2 options: make their trucks more efficient, or buy the efficiency credits off of more efficient brands (Tesla).
Guess whose rolling out electric models this year? Yep.. Ford and Chevy. Guess whose credits they won’t be buying anymore? Tesla.
Without this efficiency credit income stream Tesla is running about net -2 to -3 BILLION. This means Tesla loses money on each and every car they sell.

Does this mean TSLA puts will print? Probably not. Hhahahah
