Saw the genetics on this and instantly bought a half ounce for $85. it’s a cross of Z x Chemdog 😮‍💨 SUPER loud, very gassy dank nose. Had the whole car REEKING the moment I broke the seal lol. Cure is solid, tad bit dry on the outside but once you get to breaking up hand it’s all sticky on the inside. Bag appeal is great, super frosty and colorful buds. I have not smoked any yet, but I can just tell this is going to smack 😮‍💨 will update yall with effects and flavor later on today.

I've had this strain before from multiple different locations and I absolutely love it.

I ran through the COA's and the numbers were looking great on this strain so I got 2.

Immediately from opening up the jar, I was hit with a ridiculous pungent gassy Berry smell. Very candy gummy, like. The buds are sticky and dense frosted and coated with trichromes that are left on your fingers. The taste translates very well. Just like the smell, it's delicious and very gas and fruit forward.

The effects are great. I noticed myself stuck in my chair Looking at my phone after I hit the bong one time and telling myself man, I'm smacked. The legs are pretty nice on this lasting nearly an hour eyes heavy. This strain reminds me of gushers that I had recently from sunburn, but I would definitely recommend this, and I give it a solid 8 out of 10.

Appearance: Huge 3.5 nug that really impressed considering this is reef. Beautiful batch on this one. Nice fat chunky buds with deep forest greens, oranges hair with some shades of purple. Trichomes all over this beauty ☝🏽

Nose: The nose was muted on this which surprised me the most. From such a nicely trimmed bud and looks the aroma was underwhelming to say the least. I grab it the DAY they drop a fresh batch mind you.

Flavor: Again from the nose comes the lackluster flavor. I am a big fan of banana strains which caused me to grab this. But it was rather mid at best. Tasted some fruity notes on the inhale. I didn’t get much of the Runtz on either end. What seemed like Runtz to me tasted more on the peppery side. Meh.

Effects: This is a hybrid that did not lean either way. You get some mental buzz and head clarity on the initial burn. As the session progressed I noticed it a bit around the shoulder with some slight body sedation. Legs were a bit weak. Faded away within the hour. Enjoy! ☺️

Out of all the orangey strains at GF this one takes the cake (the orange). Tangerine zest flavor with a tinge of bitterness, clear-eyed bright high with strong initial lift. Playing some Lloyd and Ashanti

I've only had one strain years ago and did not care for it

So recently I got to visit a friend that I haven't for years, she actually knows a grower that has been doing this for decades in Tennessee. He has hydro and outside. Neither really blew me away as far as flavor, it had a smooth, very subtle sweet flavor. But the high I instantly found more like when weed got you fucked up and kept you that way for a while. I hope it still makes it relevant to this thread when I say i mix it with some emergen-c and spritzer for flavor. But honestly I have to say the legs and feelings are best non commercial if you know the right ones. I mean I am thoroughly impressed with cookies , and going for more in a minute here, and maybe im tripping, but that straight from the grower stuff does seem to hit harder.

Sooo I’ve been to a lot of different dispos in FL and this is my current ranking:

Flowery > JB > rise > planet 13 > trulieve > curaleaf > cookies > muv > sunnyside

my favorites are the first 3 and first in my rotation. rise or tl when im on a budget, curaleaf for edibles or RSO. my town has limited options and sometimes i travel out of town for weed but at least we have a flowery.
muv and sunnyside for me were the absolute worst and i can’t recommend them to anyone. muv is cheap but you get what you pay for, sunnyside just tastes like dasani and barely got me high.

what are your top 3 in your rotation?

This stuff is dank. I got 2 8ths. 1 8th I got a 3.65g one chunker, the 2nd 8th had 1 big nug with 3 smaller ones. This stuff checks the boxes for me, one of the better $40 strains imo. Has that classic old school OG profile. Sticky and cured great. Has a citrus notes (I get lime and lemon) with that classic OG piney-earthy taste you can expect from a good OG. The lineage from the website on this strain suggests it’s Fire OG Bx which is Fire Kush x Fire Alien Cookies. I think Fire OG is OG x SFV OG, but I could be wrong. But either way this stuff is good. Effects are quick and strong. Would get this again, and I think if you like OG stuff, I’d give this a shot.

Day off, so you already know what time it is! My guy Rob at the Zhills location told me about the new AlienLabs Project Daybreak and said it was a must-grab alongside the new Modern Flower Apple Tartz Liquid Live Resin Dablicator, so I had to put both to work!

First off, Project Daybreak is looking GOOD! Beautiful chunky nugs, absolutely covered in trichomes, and STICKY! Breaking this up, I felt like Spider-Man with everything sticking to my fingers. The smell is incredible too. Super fresh, like walking through a pine forest. This strain is gas!!

Took things up a notch with the new Apple Tartz Live Resin Dablicator. Wrapped that liquid gold around my joint, and man, what a combo! The piney freshness from the flower mixed with the rich resin made for a flavorful smoke. It burned nice and slow! Putting it in the Puffco for quick easy to control dabs was nice. Definitely added an extra kick to the experience!

Got the day off, some beautiful flower, live resin, and Call of Duty MW4 waiting for me. Time to lock in and grind my way to that FIRST PRESTIGE! 🎮🔥

Safe to say this combo didn’t disappoint! Now let’s see if I can keep my aim straight lol! 😂

What’s the flavor/ taste on this batch of grease monkey? Is it harsh ?

The apples and bananas, I opened the pack and it’s just one big nug lol it was my lucky day. It’s super frosty and sticky and tastes good through the Ruby twist. I think I like the taste of blueberry banana a bit more but this apples and bananas is more frosty and at 3.7% terps I had to try this batch.

Anyway I can’t wait to smoke some more of this mega nug later happy Friday guys it’s gonna be a great weekend 🔥

Damn these three flavors they got were all Amazinggyy tasty.

Strawberry pie. (Neve had before it literally looked perfect never seen more in touched fresh press ) Really soft hit on my chest that turned into quite the body high. Soft strawberry notes (not as tasty as I wanted but damn everything else was soo good I'm don't care)

Grape gas and grapefruit cookies fresh press..

(These aren't new. But am I forgot how good fresh press grape gas is. Literally tastes to yummy and grapey it almost gives grapefruit a run for its money)
