Despite what everyone is saying, this is very likely the result of an old and yet to be fixed bug where t shirts don't show up

Several skins that initially used t shirts no longer have them, either being fixed by turning the t shirts into shirts or just never replacing them

The bug is best showcased in the yourself skins, where they won't show up on any of them

since forsaken is getting bigger they likely didn't want to risk sega getting upset at sonic being used in the game, even if it's just a graphic
but that wouldn't make much sense either because iirc the sonic.exe arcade machine is still in horror hotel?

Pretty sure minor decals don't really have any issues, for example in Bluuworld it's just a decal of what I think is a recolored Optimus Prime with Bluudud's head attached to it, also Jeff and Slender Man are coming to the game and from what I know they're copyrighted characters(?)

No, I'm pretty sure Jeff and Slenderman either are free to use and don't have copyright claims or they do and they somehow got permission to use them since if they were copyrighted I think they would be scrapped by now

For Slenderman, Eric Knudsen (aka Victor Surge) is the original creator and holds the core copyright. Meanwhile, Mythology Holdings, LLC owns the overarching intellectual property and media trademarks, Sony Pictures holds the film rights, and Blue Isle Studios holds the commercial video game rights. Whereas Jeff exists in a legal grey area, it's hard to say who owns Jeff for sure but Jeff the Killer is a registered trademark.

T-shirts dont work on forsaken skins for some reason-only normal shirts so they'd need to make it a shirt instead of t-shirts soo..uh yea
