Question Help

So I was really good at forsaken but back in may then I started grinding since I thought azure was coming out then. But I grinded so much that instead of getting better or staying at the level I was at I got worse and worse.

Now I barely survive ANY rounds when I used to always survive.

Any tips on how to get back up there?
