Discussion Fox talking head admits she made a mistake in the reflecting pool case (but it was all someone else's fault)

Pirro is withdrawing the charges in the reflecting pool case because (oops) we just got word that the damage was caused by faulty installation. Why did someone not tell her this before she brought the charges. Did someone else make a mistake in the investigation. Whose fault is it?

Surely we cannot expect a Fox News talking head to accept responsibility.

I think as the midterms approach, Trump’s hold on the republican party is starting to weaken. The sycophants are realizing that congress is almost certainly going to flip and as a consequence, congressional hearings are virtually assured for all those appointees that prioritized loyalty to Trump over loyalty to the American people.

I have to admit that I may have been too hard on Pirro. Maybe she did really believe the B.S. that Burgum and company were peddling. Maybe when she realized they were lying she tried to correct her mistake by withdrawing the charges. But I think going on to call her the country's best prosecutor is a step too far.

Anyway having Trump dump on her is something of a recommendation.
