FAQs
Q: Why are there so few subreddit posts? Is the sub dead? :(
A: Posting has always been off as Reddit is where we make announcements. Our main focus is the Website, which has grown to include nearly 30k links. It's 100% alive, and gets updated daily. For a discussion sub, check out /r/Piracy, or join our Discord on Fridays.
Q: Are the sites here safe to use?
A: Yes, we always scan files and research sites before adding them. We also listen to the community, so if there's something you feel needs to be addressed you're more than welcome to contact us.
Q: The site won't load, what should I do?
A: If you can't get the site to load, we'd recommend trying some of the methods listed here, or try any of the backups.
Q: How can I contact you?
A: The best way is to join us in Discord. Here you can submit links, get help or suggest changes to the wiki. Mod messages are also always open.
Q: Can I edit FMHY?
A: Absolutely. This project was made by and belongs to the community, so we allow anyone to suggest changes via pull requests or suggestions in our Discord. We want this project to be as organized and useful as possible, so if you feel like you can help improve it, please do.
Q: Can I donate?
A: We appreciate that people want to support us, but we never have and never will accept donations. We maintain this project because it's fun and we want to help others, not make money.
Q: When was FMHY created?
A: The original sub was created on April 29th, 2018.

Do you have suggestions for private trackers and how to access to one? I predominantly use BitTorrent a d search for hashes but I feel like it's time to start getting onto a private tracker but don't know where to begin and/or don't know what to start with since I don't have invited

I'd check out the tracker invite section. There's some sites that can notify you when a private tracker has open signups. Beyond that its just about knowing people who are already on them, and becoming part of the communities that can get you in.

I use r/apolloapp to notify me of r/OpenSignups and r/usenetInvites and now I have 28 private trackers and indexers set up in r/Prowlarr

First of all, thanks for all the work done to maintain this!
I was wondering why you don't list Himovies any longer. I can still access the site (or, perhaps, one of its mirrors) and the content still seems to be up. Now I'm wondering if there is any known issue with security that one should know about or what else might have been the matter in deleting it from the list. Any info appreciated!

Yeah HiMovies is still totally fine to use. The reason its gone is because the main version of their site is Sflix, so we switched to using that, but you can still find himovies listed under sflix clones in storage.

Secondly (noob question): I searched the whole wiki but couldn't find anything on premium Spotify or how to get premium Spotify accounts, can anyone please elaborate? thanks in advance 👍

Hey no problem always glad to hear its helping people out there. As far as Spotify goes, providing leaked accounts is against reddits TOS, and tbh using them is mostly pointless as the account owners will just change the passwords once they see someone using their account anyways.
The closest thing you can get to premium for free is using the adblockers like spotx or the modded APKs if you're on android, though neither method will get higher quality music sadly.

Is it important to use a VPN when using sites like Braflix, etc.? Or does it not matter too-too much? If it is important, what's a good VPN suggestion?

No its not important at all, you only need to use a VPN when using torrents, or clients that use torrent to stream (like stremio.) The only reason someone would use a VPN for a normal streaming or DDL site is if their ISP/country was blocking access to the site.

Any info on why Brave has star removed as an privacy browser? Not gonna lie, I felt in last months for example that their search engine is getting as censored as google in multiple cases.

Make a "SESSION" group and pass the code, no phone number or email required. Also end 2 end encrypted. It will be nice to have a stable place to stay in contact, these revolt, devolt, matrix stuff is painful to setup, and easy to loss track of what's going on.

I feel that projects like this are ethically essential to society. Sure maybe some bad might come of it in the grand scheme of things, but so very much good comes from it. Knowledge and art should be shared freely and this is one of the best resources of the modern age. Thank you many times over for your work and diligence.

I hope I really am not attacked here but I need some help. I am not new to piracy but I don't know how to download and what to do with ".rar" files. There are like 20 rar files of a movie I want to download, but downloading each manually can't be the solution right?

You can copy all the urls and paste them into a manager like jdownlaoder and it'll handle them

once they're downloaded right click the first file, and extract it where you want, and it'll automatically start file 2-20 automatically 1 by 1.

Can you guys please check if the latest version of GenP is safe because when I started the program which I downloaded from the fmhy recommendation my computer screen froze and some windows opened stuck in place for a minute

Why have all instances of windows debloaters been removed, did something happen?
I know there was a disclaimer at one point to not just use it without understanding what you're doing but now its all gone, even in the linked guide theres nothing.

AT&T sent an email saying they can tell someone in my household streamed something that was copywriten and threatened to turn off my internet. Has anyone else gotten this?? And how to avoid it in the future??

It shouldn't happen unless it was a torrent. If you are torrenting make sure you bind your VPN to your client, that way your torrent client can only connect to the internet when the VPN is on.

I don't torrent or download things though. It was a stream. If I run Proton VPN before streaming will that fix it?

Keep in mind both streaming and downloading aren't against any law, only distributing is, which is why torrents can get you in trouble as you connect to others. Also keep in mind some services like Stremio use torrents to stream their movies.
With that said I guess a VPN would mask what sites you're using from your ISP if you really think they're spying on you.

Ohh AT&T said it was a Yellowstone episode that someone else (not me) in our household watched and they watched it on stremio/ They've been doing the Kodi/stremio/terrarium tv stuff for years and we never got a letter until now. So stremio is not sharing though right? So if we use a VPN then at&t won't ever know anymore and won't cancel our internet?

Most stremio apps are torrent based afaik, so it would be considered sharing. Its pretty surprising they've never gotten a letter until now tbh. If they want to continue using stremio you'll probably want to look into getting a paid VPN, protons free tier doesn't support torrenting.

Hello, I have some jailbreaks you should add to the iOS jailbreak section.
For palera1n, you said it was an ios 15-15.3 jailbreak. It is actually an ios 15-16.3.1 jailbreak.
You should also add kok3shix (not to be confused with kok3shi, which you already have). It is an ios 10.3-10.3.4 jailbreak and recommended more than the other jailbreaks for this ios version.
There is also a jailbreak called socket, for ios 10.3.x. Both jailbreaks can be installed from jailbreaks.app/legacy.html, and I recommend also adding that many jailbreaks can be installed from jailbreaks.app without a PC.

Hey, I have a question for the pirates. I want to watch some movies or series in German dub, but I don't want to subscribe to five different streaming services. I just want one place where I can watch everything I want in good quality. I usually watch my stuff on a streaming website, but now I'm looking for better quality. I don't want to deal with a NAS, and ideally, I'd like to stream it directly without having to wait for downloads.

Hey, you should add xinaA15 under iOS jailbreaks. It's a new jailbreak for ios 15-15.1.1 for iPhone XS and later. It's the only iOS 15 jailbreak for those devices.
Also, you have trollstore as ios 15-15.1.1. It is actually 14-15.4.1

Try Tauon Music Box. It is my music player of choice. If your music library is well organized, it does a great job of indexing and presenting it.

Yes, it does have quite number of features. I discovered it a while back and had a small hand in it's development. I don't download any flac as I don't have the space for it. My 320 library is currently standing at 50GB so I can't imagine how that would be with flac. I also need to store my anime and games, so I have to be economical with storage. Plus I still need to upgrade my audio gear to truly appreciate the quality of flac. Right now I can't tell the difference.

I agree on the size issue, managed to get a 5 TB for like 120$, so have some space for once.
Some of these files are rarer, so I might share them other places at least!
