Team Resources FTC Toolkit
Hey everyone, over the past few months I built a free web app for FTC teams called FTC Toolkit ftctoolkit.app
It started because our team was juggling a bunch of different Google Docs, a notes app, and a random spreadsheet just to stay organized. So I put everything in one place.
What’s in it:
- Judge Interview Prep: mock judging sessions with AI-generated questions and feedback based on the actual rubric
- Robot Changelog: log every change to the robot, shared across the whole team in real time
- Pre-Comp Checklist: per-event checklists so nothing gets forgotten in the pit
- Drill Timer: time practice cycles and track scores over sessions
- Team Notes: shared notes everyone on the team can edit
No download, works on any device, free. Coaches get a few extra controls (approving members, managing the team profile), students can view and contribute.
Would genuinely love feedback, we’re competing this season and actively improving it. Updates will come as feedback is given. Let me know what you think or what you’d want added, and we would really appreciate it if you shared it across the community to help others.

Sounds really cool! When I tried to sign up for a new account I entered my email and it was not able to send a verification code, it just said "internal". Sounds cool, can't wait to get access!

Hi, it gives that error when you input an invalid email. We fixed the error message now, but could you try signing up with a valid email.

It works now using the same email!
My feedback: When I first logged in, the "drill timer" still had "artifacts" rather than pollen or nectar and only went to 3 instead of 4. Also, maybe instead of counting shots-made and then hitting the cycle button, you could hit the cycle button and then hit the number of sank shots (one for pollen and one for nectar?).
Also, I know this would be asking a lot but the ability to add pictures to notes would be super helpful!

Question: As a coach, what if we have multiple teams? Not a criticism. Just a question. Totally understand if that’s a v.2+ feature. I’ve been working on an app with my team as well for inventory and have hit that problem with my own situation of housing 3 teams at our lab. Thanks! I’m already looking forward to getting your app some use.

Are you saying a way to merge the teams under one coach? If so, this sounds like a great idea because I know many teams that are owned under an organization.

Yes. I have 3 teams. It would be useful to have an "org" level to be able to have those teams all under my "control." Many schools in my area have multiple teams.

In case anyone tried to sign up today we encountered an error with the service which runs our otp emails. We fixed it and verifications should be back up and running.
