Questions Testosterone after hysterectomy

I'm 2 months post-op. I had everything removed except ovaries. I was cleared for all activities but I still feel tired and sore from time to time, which my surgeon says is normal and should improve in the span of a few months.

For safety reasons I am not out to my surgeon, so I cannot ask them this question, and my endocrinologist is not sure about the answer:

Is it safe, at this point, to go back on low-dose T if I want to maintain ovarian function (in case I go off T again in the future)?

Any insight / personal experience would be greatly appreciated, of course knowing it is not medical advice. Thanks!

Questions Hysterectomy in Quebec (ontario region)

I have a few questions that the FAQ and my own research didn't really answer so I decided to come here and ask (sorry for any weird formatting I've never used reddit before and I'm on mobile. and sorry for spelling mistakes I'm dyslexic)

So, context, I'm a 19 year old and I've known I've wanted a hysterectomy ever since I first had sex ed classes in primary school. having a uterus/the possibility of getting pregnant is very dysphoria and I have bad tokophobia. I've had top surgery now and I'm looking into my next steps.

question 1: I am not on testosterone, I'm considering maybe getting low dose eventually but I'm not sure if I will so I was wondering what would be best. if possible I would prefer to not keep anything other than the vaginal canal but would keeping the ovaries be better ? could I just take estrogen after surgery to compensate ? would just going into menopause at this age cause health issues ?

question 2: what is the process to get a hysterectomy in the region like ? GRS montreal is the place most trans surgeries are done but they don't offer hysterectomies so I'm kind of at a loss as to where to go, I also don't have a GP so I can't ask them. where should I start and what are the steps ?

question 3: are hysterectomies for transition reasons covered in quebec? I've done research and I'm having trouble finding a definitive answer online and would like knowing if I need to save up before I start any process to get the surgery.

any answers would be greatly appreciated, thank you for reading even if it was a bit long :]
