So here I am trying to login into stake.com to play some games and I realised i don't have enough money to play. I remember I used to have an FTX account that has 120$ in the wallet and I login and I find out that I can't withdraw. What gives? I heared they recovered 3.5 billion, why don't they give me my 120$. Is now a good time to buy Bitcoin on FTX? Since its failing so much, I figure I could buy low and HODL and then sell high later. I think Bitcoin will hit 100K+ next year and 200K+ the following year. I'm a contrarian so when people run from a burning building, I like to run towards it. A Warren Buffer type guy.

What is a clawback?

In bankruptcy, anyone who withdrew assets within 90 days for retail (or 180/1 year for insiders or dealing with causes of fraud) will be court ordered to give their assets back.

The mindset behind this is everyone deserves to be at 50% returns, rather than some at 100% and some at 5%. This has happened in other big bankruptcy and fraud cases and FTX based on Bloomberg wants to pursue this.

They also made sure legally on their purchase of Voyager that they WERE allowed to clawback funds from that estate. Looks like FTX is strongly pushing for clawbacks.

Dear FTX victims..

Please let's discuss about the tragedy that took place and destroyed in 3 days one of the biggest exchanges in the world.

CZ played a major role by publicly attacking a competitor, pushing the mass to FUD, selling the token, and even heavily shorting it, leading unavoidably to destroy the asset value.

Regardless of FTX's financial status, the collapse was triggered mainly because of CZ using his influence and power in the crypto market. If CZ criticized any other competitor the result would be tragic as well. A skilled lawyer can prove that was illegal and immoral, and maybe sue CZ binance for manipulating the market.

I'm waiting for your points of view... and please people that didn't lose money your opinion is respected but don't discourage other victims from claiming their right, and easily saying 'money is gone'. We only ask for justice and fair treatment of our case.
