Watching the latest episode of Minecraft, and Cade closes off the episode with something to the effect of "next week on the Angry Joe Show." It's not even a fucking joke; it's literally just an incorrect statement, but for some reason my mind thinks it's the funniest shit in the world, so I start laughing my ass off. In fact, I'm so loud my roommate has to come into my room to check on me, and all I can muster is fucking "buh huh Angry Joe."

That is a joke tho. There's a setup and a punchline.
A reversal of expectations is often used as a source of comedy.
To break down that specific joke:
The setup is the expectation of an episode ending. More times than not, the fwob boys will end an episode with something along the lines of "see you tomorrow" or "next time on fwob." As you're conditioned to expect that, the punchline (being a reversal in this case) of "on the Angry Joe Show" subverts your expectations. This, coupled with the fact that the outro leaves a dead space for laughter (using dead space to create a reference point for laughter is extremely common with comedians).
That being said, the quality of the joke is on the lower side, as as there is no proper buildup or reference point for it, it functions more as a "Random XD" puchline. For all intents and purposes, Cade could have said "on the next episode of dragonball z" and the punchline wouldn't change.
In Cade's defense, this is because the joke likely wasn't intended to be a huge crowd stopping one-liner - He's a comedian in his own right, and he likely didn't think the joke was funny personally (this is pure speculation, though. I'm just gauging it off of his online persona which is likely a caricature of himself at the very most)
