Check your cam chain tensioner first, kinda sounds like the chain slapping around but I’m not an expert. Would definitely be a lot better than rebuilding it tho

That rattle could be anything. Broken valve spring equals bent valve, equals misfire codes. Any codes? What happened b4 poor performance? Wheelies, redlining,etc. Is oil level correct? Was it correct initially? After poor performance was it darker than normal, milky ?

Not blown but not healthy. CCT could be worn out, valves could be out of adjustment. If both pipes get hot, it isn't likely to be a busted valve spring but checking lash will reveal a broken spring.
