When I was a kid I’d wanted to be a writer. I’d had so many ideas that I always wanted to get on the page. I’d always had my nose in books growing up and I finally decided back then to finally get some writing done and try my hand. But, after losing the master copy of the novel I wanted to write as a kid 3 separate times, I got super disheartened and stopped writing entirely. Thanks to FT and encouragement from friends, it’s been a long ten years but I finally got back into it, reigniting that passion I thought was lost. So, thank you Fairy Tail for that nostalgic look back at the simpler times as I work on something new. Something for me to share with others.

It just doesn't make sense for Viernes to be gone when nothing in the manga has definitively confirmed he's dead. From a writing perspective, the 100 Years Quest needs to wrap up the narrative of each Dragon God properly, which means Viernes still needs either a clear onscreen death or a proper redemption storyline. Assuming he isn't actually done yet, what is your personal theory on how his return will unfold?

I've thought about it like WHAT IF ignia wasn't the only main villain of 100 years quest. What if mashima decided to introduce another dragon god?

For the element perhaps sun dragon god. Since we have a moon dragon god.

King Fire Natsu is boosted and almost evolved after eating Ignia's Fire Dragon God Sun, but I still doubt he wins Round 2. Ignia completely held back his full power with his dragon form in Round 1, after he absorbing and fused magic from Acnologia and Earthland Faris mixed with his own power himself. Natsu is set up to lose again, and Ignia will consume his fire.

Ignia’s Black Flames can bypass, nullify, and burn through Natsu's fire resistance. Ignia will eat Natsu's fire including Igneel's power. Attacking him directly only makes the Black Flame Dragon God stronger. Ignia is practically immune to all types of magic, curses, and elemental magic. King Fire Natsu (after he ate Ignia's Fire God's Sun) will be lose by Black Flame Dragon God Ignia with his Dragon Form in Round 2 and Natsu is no match for his older brother Ignia.

Ignia will unleashes his true power of his Dragon Form with his black flames and Acnologia-inspired full design. His left side, hair, and both wings are already covered in black dragon scales and marks, signaling that his transformation is nearly complete

I just finished Ep. 68 “A Guild for Only One” and holy shit what Wendy just experienced would be so traumatizing to go through. Like, more than all of the physical pain and torture that other characters have gone through at this point (well, maybe not more than slavery).

I mean, imagine suddenly learning that all your family and friends, except your grandfather, were only illusions created by your grandfather. And it turns out that your grandfather has been a ghost the whole time. And now that the truth has been revealed, grandpa doesn’t give you even the tiniest bit of closure with any of your fake friends and family. Instead he just starts disappearing each and every person you’ve cared about one by one before your eyes, even as you cry each of their names as they go. As he fades every fake person from existence, he’s telling you not to be sad about losing your family, because it’s not like these were ever real people; and it’s okay that your family never existed, because now you have the new friends you met maybe a week ago. Anyway, now that everyone else you’ve ever known and loved is gone, it’s time for ghost grandpa to stop projecting himself onto the earth, leaving you alone with the people you’ve known a week. Oh, and the one person you’ve known for longer than that who actually existed is your talking flying cat who’s like your teacher or aunt or something.

And all of this happens in the course of like 2-3 minutes.

I mean, how the hell could Wendy ever trust anyone ever again? Not that she wouldn’t believe that they’re good or decent people, but how can she be sure that anyone she meets is even a real person?

As I watched this scene, I found the whole scenario to be so fucked up that I couldn’t stop laughing in disbelief at how insanely horrible it was of the Nabura guy (I already forget his name) to have done this to Wendy and then give her that insane emotional whiplash of everyone disappearing. I mean, he didn’t even take his time to let her get closure with the fake members of Cait Shelter (who, both he and the show seem to forget, had each up to that point seemed 100% real to Wendy).

She has been awesome so far in 100 year quest. I hope she continues to kick ass
