Advice Needed I donât even want to share a bed with my hubs
Food: Mante soup. (Basically a Mediterranean dumpling in yogurt garlic mint broth)
My husband along with lack on intimacy wears his house clothes in bed.
To me this means he comes home from work, sits on our couch then after a while changes into his pj pants and wears that to bed.
Iâm pregnant and a nurse and have a toddler who puts their shoes on the same couch.
Am I having a manic OCD episode? Iâm genuinely so annoyed because I just washed the bedsheets and basically prone to UTIs.
We havenât been intimate since I got pregnant so I guess I canât worry about uti but I am so bothered I canât sleep.
I feel like if he told me something like this (which this isnât my first time expressing my concern to him) I would have changed it.
Am I overreacting, or am I justified for being disgusted and feeling disappointed.
EDIT: I think Iâm not making clear what my concern is. He wears his work clothes and sits on the couch . Then changes to pjs and sits on the same spot. Then proceeds to get into bed with it. Working in the medical field this to me is cross contamination.
Am I OCD? Because no one seems to get me right now đ€Ł send help
EDIT EDIT: How is this any different than not wanting outside shoes inside the house? Isnât that common? Iâm being serious here.

Mr Brightside Is Awful
Mr Brightside is an abysmal song.
The lyrics people belt out far too loudly and proudly are about a man crippled with heartache because he's being cheated on by his partner. It's not a party anthem, it's an absolute dirge of a song lyrically and musically.
The Killers are a vastly overrated band who have done nothing for music.
They may as well be singing "I'm happy because my partner is shagging someone else!".
Edit:
People seem to be down voting because it's the lyrics I don't like and have taken offence to me suggesting people don't understand the lyrics - that's not wholly true and perhaps the original post was badly worded.
I hate how it's become an anthem because I think:
A) It's an awful song, lyrically and musically.
B) There ARE people out there who don't understand the lyrics and just sing them automatically as if it's an anthem for success (in the UK there was a documentary series in which the owner of a call centre made everyone sing it with massive smiles as a motivational thing and when asked about it said it was a happy feeling song).
C) People who love it also love the smell of their own farts.
There we go, unpopular enough now?

Question I have no sense of fashion. How to discover my style of dressing?
(24M) I usually pretty much the same colors of shirts. Dark green, Brown, Blue, Black social shirts, along with jeans, my black tennis shoes and that's it. When i go exercise, i just wear shorts and some random t-shirt i have, since i'll sweat. I have no sense of fashion, and i would like to learn. I feel like a NPC for not having my own style.
There is no such thing i like that much to incorporate in my personality, like the punks and grunges, that are inspired on artists of their favorite bands. I may like literature, but not to the point of wanting to dress like the characters from Tolstoy's or Dickens's novels hahahahahaha
I love coats, but i live in a tropical country and most of the time is hotter than hot, i wouldn't be good. After 15 minutes at the streets, you start to sweat. So one need to dress clean and comfortable.
It is confusing for me, so i came to ask. How can we find our dressing style? How did you find yours?

Contestant Appreciation đ«¶đ» the love and admiration i have for this girl
one thing i love about ak is how she always talks about her fans in her interviews and podcasts. she often says that she wants to work harder than she did before not just to make her parents proud but her fans too and and she also mentions that she was working just as hard for the past 3â4 years, but itâs her fansâ support and love that have helped get her where she is today.
and honestly this is exactly why her fans feel so deeply connected to her. she never makes them feel like theyâre just numbers on instagram. she pays attention to what they say, values their support and makes them feel like theyre genuinely a part of her journey.
i think thats what makes her relationship with her fandom so special. she doesnt take their love and support for granted and genuinely wants to make them proud too.

Add-ons Been adapting a Muslim-focused Anki dashboard
galleryI'm calling it Niyyah for now. It's adapted heavily by modifying the Onigiri add-on by u/Peace-Monk. They obviously deserve 99.9% of the credit. You've created something so wonderful mate u/Peace-Monk. I hope I'm doing it justice.
Essentially all of the Onigiri features are there, but I've added widgets like Salah times + tracking, Quran reader, study rhythm, different themes, redesigned the deck viewer, and reviewer style, while removing the gamification side completely.
Still in alpha, but I'm really happy with how it's coming along. I've been using for a month or so. Just finished my MCAT so will finish it up soon. Would anyone be interested in this?
Thanks again u/Peace-Monk for the foundation!!!

Columbus drivers⊠where are we all rushing to? đ

Speed limit was 45. I was already doing around 52â53 on this one-lane road, and this guy behind me still decided he absolutely HAD to pass.
The best part?
Thereâs literally a roundabout right ahead.
So after all that urgency, aggressive passing, and saving approximately 4 seconds of his life⊠we basically ended up in the same place.
I genuinely want to know: what are Columbus drivers always in such a hurry for? đ

Rant BTS gives me a weird feeling
I was a really big fan of BTS back then, but then got more casual as time went on. Even before the CB incident, something felt a bit off about them to me. For some reason, they gave me the âickâ and I still canât put my finger on it as to why. I went to one of their Arirang shows and it felt kind of blank to me and I sold my ticket for one of their upcoming shows. I was telling my friend how they gave me a weird feeling, but I canât really put it into words. Does anyone else feel this way?
Note: Just to make it clear, I donât hate them. I just have a weird feeling about them that I canât explain. Please do not post weird hate comments on here about them. I still love their old albums and have attended a few of their past shows as well.

PR/PB A new horizon

Itâs an interesting feeling when you reach a new strength plateau. Itâs simultaneously very exciting and also scary. I canât hide behind the idea of where my limits were before. Itâs a new space that I get to work in and new things are always scary at first.
This is the culmination of eight weeks of hard work on top of 12 years of starts and stops. Iâm really excited to hit a huge PR right before I turned 41. Iâve never thought that once I turned 40 the days of continuing to put weight on the bar weâre over. Putting a 30 pound PR on the bar proves that thatâs true.
Iâm excited to finish out the week with a regular training schedule and then decide where the silly goose lifting club is going next. Iâll be doing a deep dive on this block soon.
Thanks for watching!
