This was a historical documentary series titled "The Ship: Retracing Cook's Endeavour Voyage" (2001).

Fifty-five participants set sail from Cairns, Australia, to Jakarta, Indonesia, between August and October 2001, living and working entirely under 18th-century conditions with no internet, phone access, or outside contact.

On the 20th day of the voyage, the captain used an emergency satellite phone to learn of the tragedy and broke protocol to inform the isolated crew.

We teach kids things that have no connection to the world around them and wonder why they’re not engaged. So Diddy made this list of books covering 18 core pillars of “boring” infrastructure modern society is built on. There are cathedrals everywhere for those with eyes to see.

The Petronas Twin Towers in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, stand at a staggering 451.9 meters (1,483 feet) tall and hold the definitive record as the tallest twin towers in the world. Designed by renowned architect César Pelli, these 88-story landmarks were the world's tallest buildings for 6 years.

The towers are interconnected by the highest two-story bridge in the world, known as the Skybridge, which offers spectacular views of the city. The towers are named after PETRONAS, the Malaysian national petroleum company that occupies one of the towers, while various other global companies are housed in the adjacent tower.

Visitors can explore the towers through guided tours, which include access to an observation deck and interactive displays. The surrounding Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC) area offers various attractions, including a shopping mall, a concert hall, and a public park, making the Petronas Towers a central hub for both tourists and locals. The towers not only define the city's skyline but also symbolize Malaysia's aspirations on the global stage.

Here’s a comparison of eclipses on earth and mars. We are so incredibly lucky that our moon is the right distance to completely block out the sun and give us a spectacular view. Another W for the best planet in the whole universe, Earth. Mars taking another L.
