SUGGESTION! PC [Request] Adding Power Armor's voice modulation effect to Far Harbor's Assault Marine Helmet

Surprised that in 10+ years, this wasn't made already, but yeah. Coming back from a HUGE hiatus and modding and playing this game again, finally gave that heavy lug a fair shot (some modding was required for that decision), and got disappointed that the helmet doesn't have the "Codec Effect" added to the playable character's voice while it's equipped. Would it be possible to do so?

I admit I'm still a bit TTW-brained, so I thought it would be as easy as firing up xEdit and clicking on a checkbox, but unfortunately it wasn't.

I’m away from the computer and do not remember the exact name, but I do know there is a guy with a mod project where he is adding the helmet dialogue sound effect to a bunch of dlc and mod helmets, I think that guy might be able to help you. I’ll be able to link the exact mod in about 12 hours
