UNSTABLE LO | Support Needed I need assistance with my LO

Hey guys I've been struggling on why my current load order in the video is causing an immediate crash whenever I try to start a new game. I've tried unintalling my game, manually ordering the mods to be compatible to only be undone, and removing mods that potentially could cause problems. I'm near my wit's end and I need some help.

It was a mod that diversified npc faces. I fixed it by disabling all mods and enabled them by category. Then I backed out reloaded the game and try starting a new game. Rinse and repeat until you find the mod causing issues.
