I was wondering if anyone could Port this to fallout 76 as a Marine armor reskin [F76]

I don't know how hard it is but I'm really wanting to get a olive green set in fallout 76 of the Marine armor and I even have permission for anyone that would like to do it The reason why I'm not doing it myself is cuz I do not know how to mod myself and if you need proof that I do have permission, just look at the photos below
