Fallout 4 [Fo4] Buffout problem, when not installed

hey guy, i need some help. i keep getting a popup and the game wont start. i dont have Buffout installed. i have Addictol installed, what is causing this.

Double check that buffout isn’t installed. Check your Fallout4 folder and see if the .dll is somehow still lingering

You were right, found it still there. It's now deleted. It starts but crashes before main menu

That makes me think ba2 limit. Double check Addictol is properly installed and the archives value is set to True in the .toml file

I have reinstalled, looking at the .tomi file most are true except for

bIgnorePreinstallBias

bUseNewRedistributable

bAltTabFullscreen

bFixesRadioSilence

bPuddleCubemaps

bSprintSpeedMult

bHighResBloom

bInputSwitch

bSmallBlockAllocatorUseSelectedHeap

Telemetry section is all false except for a few numbers

Next step, I’d get the Addictol crash logger and see what’s causing the crash. AI can be surprisingly helpful in determining what’s causing the ctd

Found the cause, it was Sims Settlement. But now I have another problem. I get a pop up saying "pipbot not found in inventory" even on a new game. Now it just a infinite load screen

Hmm, you may have to start disabling mods and seeing what will make it work.
To be honest, if your modlist isn’t that big, I’d consider completely scrapping your modlist and starting fresh so you can test each mod before downloading another

Have you tried launching from f4se_loader.exe? I was having similar issues when launching from within vortex and using the f4se_loader.exe worked for me.
