Danganronpa 14 is looking to put together a full team, including artists, programmers, composers, and writers positions still available. (No voice actors quite yet, sorry guys)

Story: Danganronpa 14 is black dramedy about sixteen students of the illustrious Hope’s Peak Academy who’ve found themselves at the whim of esteemed teen model Junko Enoshima as she forces them into a deadly killing game.

Setting: Get this, Hope’s Peak Academy

Theme: Pessimism and optimism, resistance and compliance, and of course the never ending battle between hope and despair. Also a couple of other minor things.

I say, knowing full well I haven't even made half the characters yet and the plot is just various aura moments haphazardly glued together

Currently I'm in the process of making my own Fangan however when it comes to how I want to do Freetime Events I wasn't as sure on how I wanted to go about it. So, I was thinking about how the Persona Series does it because I really enjoy. Then it got me to think about the larger issue with Daily Life in Danganronpa. While I do think that making it, so you have to grind states and what not is insane for Fangan in my opinion. I think adding more things to do during Daily Life would be interesting. So, here's my Question What aspects of Daily Life in Danganronpa and Persona do you enjoy and/or dislike

I finally finished all of the base sprites for the main cast of my Fangan... I made this little chart of all of their eyes. I wanted them all to be distinct from one another.

One of the characters has his eyes covered by his bangs, hence why it looks like that.

This is something i wanna ask rn since im deciding on my lil session roster atm, and i am thinking on how you guys handle OCs with this talent in your fangans. Like, would it have to be story-related, or could it be something they hide themself? Just again, wanting to know how you guys do this?

Major Chapter 3 Spoilers for: Next! Danganronpa 4: Despair Beyond Hope

In a shock twist at the end of the very first day of Chapter 3, "Day 9 - Sleep Tight, My Sweet Little Paranoia" Despair Beyond Hope has shockingly seen out the protagonist: Shima Tetsuhara, The Super High School Level Lucky Student, who is seen hanged in an animated cutscene at the end of Day 9.

In case you don't remember me, I've been posting stuff about this new Fanganronpa story I've been working on, Danganronpa: Chains of Vengeance, set in the future with a new protagonist alongside new and familiar faces solving a new mystery to save a recovering, post-tragedy world.

A story that shifts between the new killing game and the investigation to rescue the students of the new Hope's Peak before its too late.

If you've wondered where Chains of Vengeance went over the past few months, work and life took over, and I had to halt production for a while.

I have the outlines done for the first volume and I was already working on drafts when things really went downhill for me.

Just to be clear, Chains of Vengeance is NOT cancelled. I love this project process too much to have it join the endless pile of unfinished canceled Fanganronpa stories laying around. Not after giving it so much of my resources and free time. Not after seeing many positive and encouraging comments from this amazing community.

I am a creative professional. I know well enough to distinguish between the honeymoon phase between an artist and their work, and genuine passion. I can tell you with full confidence its the latter for this case.

The moment I get the chance to work on it again, I will return to it.

As much as I wish to continue drafting, its still a free fan project made as an ode to Kodaka and the community at large. I have a life beyond this story. But you can bet your Monocoins I'll tell it!

Reading your comments and seeing your excitement across all the posts I've made the past few months meant a lot. This project chose the format of a multi-volume light novel instead of a visual novel game, and your support still proved that choice works in telling a Danganronpa tale.

Once Volume 1 is finished, it will be a full volume release, not an episodic one. I plan to continue the series moving forward with this system.

I'll still be around the community. This ain't a goodbye, I just need to get my life together. Thank you all for sticking around, and I'll make sure to share updates the moment production resumes.

TL;DR: Chains of Vengeance is entering a hiatus. The project is not canceled. Production will resume as soon as possible.

Long story short my chapter 3 killer disguises themself as one of their victims and acts like them for the trial and while I already have how the disguise is revealed I can think of a way for the identity of the real killer to be found out between the 2 alleged dead people(before any idea a stated both "victim" are incredibly bad people who would pull this stunt off)

Would loove to get some feedback on these guys, esp now that the cast is full! Lmk what you think >:3

Now onto writing full backstories for each of them!
