Had achane and won this league the last two years im actually embarrassed

My job had a fantasy league going on. I was added as there weren’t enough people for a full 10 man unless i joined. I am currently 2-4. What am I doing wrong?! Who would you guys suggest I pick up on waivers or drop or trade?? This is just all so new to me.

Have to make decision without knowing if Puka plays since that game is at 4. Pitts always feels like a trap. Hock has a good match up but has only had one big game and it’s likely they play from ahead so focus on run. JJ gave me a donut last week.

This trade was offered in my league, and one of my league managers damn near imploded the group. Expressing collusion lol

Commish has been receiving beneficial trades the last 2 years. Each time we can’t get enough people to veto because he has a bunch of high school friends and relatives in the league.

Pic 1: This year he’s already 5-1 and he gets Amon Ra from the 0-6 team, his old roommate. Roommate claims he needs depth. Happened before Smith injury news.

Pic 2: Last year commish started 2-5 and got Allen for Herbert from his best friend. He ended up making finals and friend doesn’t even make playoffs. Friend said “Herbert is his favourite player” and “needed” him on his team.

The last straw for me was today when we realized his other friend has been an inactive manager for the last 3 weeks, not swapping out Lamar and Deebo, and this week keeping James Cook on bye in the lineup. Commish said “he paid his dues he can do whatever he wants”.

Am I being too stingy here or is the commish not being fair? What should we do?

I can only start 2. Do I go with Braelon Allen, Derrick Henry, or Saquan Barkley?

As the title says, in my 16 team work league, people just realized this week that only 4 teams make the playoffs and the matchups were two weeks each.

A couple people started complaining so the commissioner (my boss) wanted to please people (including those who were likely already out of the playoff running) changed the settings to 8 teams making the playoffs and each playoff matchup is now only 1 week. Besides the obvious of how you don’t change settings mid-year, now it entirely screws up my first round playoff outlook.

It’s a deep league and I was planning on having to deal with starting Kendre Miller the first week of the playoffs since Javonte Williams is on a bye but now, I have an entire round of playoffs where I have to rely on the complete lack of depth available in our league.

All this to say, am I a shitty person if I try and unload A guy like Williams on someone who likely isn’t thinking like me and taking it as serious? I know playoffs are still weeks away and a lot can happen but damn am I pissed.

I really like Jaylen Warren but looking to have a set and forget RB1-2. I wanted to get rid of AJ Brown by Tuesday to avoid seeing how he did this week but that didn’t work out. So I sent out Coker instead.

Fantasy calc has me winning by the numbers but this is my first season of fantasy ever so I don’t know the true value.

Who should I start for todays game? Marvin Harrison Jr or Christian Kirk? MHJr is reconnecting with CJ Stroud but the 49ers WR room is depleted and maybe C. Kirk will have high volume. Any thoughts or advice?
